Feinstein’s Anti-gun bill is ready

Well, as expected, Senator Diane Feinstein has announced her latest bill to gut the Second Amendment. It’s every bit as bad as we expected. It lists 150 firearms by name including the AR15, and also goes after handguns as well.

Currently, it looks like this bill will be dead on arrival, much like Feinstein should be on her next visit to California. (And no this is NOT a threat. It’s just a wish for bad things to happen to this cow) Many members of the Senate have gotten an earful from some very angry constituents, and it even if it makes it through the Senate, it won’t make it through the house.

This bill will ban the sale, transfer, importation or manufacturing of about 150 named firearms, plus certain rifles, handguns and shotguns fitted for detachable magazines and having at least one military characteristic.

• Strengthen the 1994 ban by moving from a two- to a one-characteristic test to determine what constitutes an assault weapon.
• Ban firearms with “thumbhole stocks” and “bullet buttons.”
• Ban the importation of assault weapons and large-capacity magazines.
• Ban high-capacity ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.

In addition, Feinstein wants to create a registry of all current owners of the “Banned” guns and magazines. Such existing weapons, dubbed “grandfathered weapons” in the bill summary, would require FBI background checks for all changes of ownership and would have to have their type and serial number lodged with a federal database. Owners would have to be identified by photograph and fingerprints. The identification of the owner would have to be certified by local law enforcers under a registration scheme run and paid for by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Basically, this is what people who own fully automatic firearms and suppressors, (Silencers for those of you in Rio Linda), have to go through. Failure to comply means prison. So, what this tyrannical she-bitch is planning is nothing less then an outright assault on the Second Amendment. We have already seen something similar with the blatantly unconstitutional ban recently rammed through by Andrew “Il Duce” Cuomo.

In the case of New York, it’s what didn’t get added that was the most frightening. The list was secretly given to Representative Steve McLaughlin, (R-107^th district), by a democrat who was concerned about this bill but to frightened to vote against it. Mr. McLaughlin posted the list and the video of him asking about it on his Facebook Page. For those of you to smart to belong to Facebook, here is the list of amendments that DIDN’T get into the bill.

1. Confiscation of “assault weapons”
2. Confiscation of ten round clips
3. Statewide database for ALL Guns
4. Continue to allow pistol permit holder’s information to be replaced to the public
5. Label semiautomatic shotguns with more than 5 rounds or pistol grips as “assault weapons”
6. Limit the number of rounds in a magazine to 5 and confiscation and forfeiture of banned magazines
7. Limit possession to no more than two (2) magazines
8. Limit purchase of guns to one gun per person per month
9. Require re-licensing of all pistol permit owners
10. Require renewal of all pistol permits every five years
11. State issued pistol permits
12. Micro-stamping of all guns in New York State
13. Require licensing of all gun ammo dealers
14. Mandatory locking of guns at home
15. Fee for licensing, registering weapons

Apparently there was one member who said he wants to keep anyone from having even more then one single bullet in the house. This is what the Democrat party wants. The end of the Republic and the start of a single party rule of the former United States.

This ties in with the post I did yesterday about Obama selecting generals who will order troops to fire on Americans. Apparently there are rumors that state and local police are also being trained to do gun raids and firing on people who object to these unconstitutional acts. However, there is the problem of those getting the orders actually carrying them out. Most, civilian and military flat out won’t and will turn on their commanders.

Now we know. The Democrats are the new Nazi’s. The only differences are body count and they aren’t limiting their hatred to Jews. (Israel), They hate anyone who isn’t part of their collective. The Democrats have always supported slavery. They were very upset when they were forced to release their slaves in 1865. Since 1866, they have been working to put the shackles back on.

Sadly, many descendents of the original slaves have voluntarily put their chains back on, and they have been joined by millions of others. These people won’t realize what they have lost until it’s too late. It’s going to be up to those who love liberty, freedom and the Constitution to save them from themselves…again.

Call your Senators and Representatives and get this nonsense stopped asap! Without making threats, remind them why the Second Amendment was written. It was written so the people of this great nation would have the means, if necessary, to remove a tyrannical government. We are very close to that point right now. It isn’t to late for the political elites to sit down, take a deep breath, think through just why they are in office and back away from the abyss.
