Senator Chris Murphy meeting with Iran?

Good day all. Since President Trump took office and tossed Obama’s Iranian deal into the trash, the Democratic CommuNazis have been screaming to the high heavens. When President Trump introduced the Iranian Quds commander, Qasem Soleimani, to his 72 virgin goats, they went totally off the deep end.

Now there is a story that Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy has been secretly meeting with the Iranian government. Here are the details from The Federalist:

Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut and other Democratic senators had a secret meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during the Munich Security Conference last week, according to a source briefed by the French delegation to the conference.

Such a meeting would mean Murphy had done the type of secret coordination with foreign leaders to potentially undermine the U.S. government that he accused Trump officials of doing as they prepared for Trump’s administration.

Murphy isn’t the only one to do this. Former Secretary of State, John “Ketchup Boy” Kerry also spoke with the Iranians, telling them to “Just hold on.” His meaning was clear. There were plans in place to “Get Trump!” and remove him from office and then the Iranians could continue with their plans to develop nuclear weapons and murder Americans.

In February 2017, Murphy demanded investigations of National Security Advisor Mike Flynn because he had a phone call with his counterpart-to-be in Russia.

Any effort to undermine our nation’s foreign policy – even during a transition period – may be illegal and must be taken seriously,” Murphy said in 2017 after anonymous leaks of Flynn’s phone call with Russian ambassador Sergey Kisylak were published.

As we’ve since learned, those leaks came from Obama’s people in the Intelligence services. It was also wrong. Flynn was never charged with that, and it was part of his job to make those connections.

However, Murphy has previously defended rogue meetings if they’re done by Democrats such as former Secretary of State John Kerry.

Unless it was authorized by the president or secretary of state, conducting independent foreign policy sends mixed signals to our adversaries,” said Christian Whiton, former State Department senior advisor in the Trump and George W. Bush administrations. “It seems very unpalatable. If we want to talk to Iranians, they know how to reach us and they don’t need to go through an intermediary.”

A State Department official who spoke on background said that the State Department was not aware of any side meetings with Iranian officials that Murphy was engaged in.

Considering that it appears that no one in the Trump Administration was aware of these contacts, Murphy and the others could be in deep trouble.

The Munich Security Conference, an annual forum on international security policy, welcomes hundreds of world leaders each February. This year’s conference featured robust debate on the United States’ maximum pressure policy against Iran, China’s handling of the coronavirus and technology concerns, and the European alliance with the United States.

The Coronavirus and how the PRC Government screwed up so badly is a major issue. Iran’s continued terrorist attacks on Americans, and their attempts to develop nuclear weapons are also a major issue. The virus, well that’s being handled and hopefully will soon burn itself out. The political stuff can be dealt with later.

Iran, on the other hand, can never be allowed to gain nuclear weapons. There is absolutely no doubt that if the get them, they will use them. Israel will be the obvious first target, but the United States will also be hit. I have little doubt that Europe would see a few mushroom clouds appear where cities once stood. The Iranians are fanatics and don’t really care that the country would be wiped off the face of the Earth.

Both Murphy and Zarif spoke publicly during a two-hour session on Middle East policy, with Murphy and Zarif both fiercely criticizing U.S. policy.

Murphy has a lot of issues with things, like Freedom of Speech. He is a dyed in the wool globalist totalitarian and pretty much hates everything this country stands for. I don’t know a lot, (Pretty much nothing), about his position on Israel. From what I’ve seen, he looks to be all over the map. Since President Trump took office, he appears to be against Israel. He’s definitely opposed to President Trump taking down Iran.

President Donald Trump has reoriented American policy in the Middle East away from President Barack Obama’s friendly posture toward Iran. He departed from Obama’s Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, a nuclear arrangement with the Republic of Iran that was not ratified by the United States Senate.

That “Plan” sent plane loads of hard cash to Iran, which they used to set up terrorist attacks on Israel and the United States. They also used it to pay for their nuclear weapons program. There is a lot of questions on the legality of what Obama and Kerry did, since they were never authorized to spend that money.

Meanwhile, President Trump has reversed that and other Obama kowtows to Islamic tyrants, starting with Iran.

Trump has exerted instead a “maximum pressure” campaign against the regime, with 12 demands on Iran before a new deal is reached. Those demands include a full account of its nuclear program, ending its proliferation of ballistic missiles, releasing all U.S. citizens held on spurious charges, ending support to terrorist groups, withdrawal of forces in Syria, and cessation of its threatening behavior against its neighbors.

Obama did nothing with regards to Americans being held by Iran. In this he and Kerry were even worse then Jimmy Carter. The sanctions now in place have pretty much killed the Iranian economy. It’s almost impossible for them to sell their oil, and if President Trump continues ramping up the pressure, certain key pipelines might suffer some mechanical difficulties and tanks could be stopped ans seized.

The Iranians are also learning how President Trump deals with their attacks on America. We lost a drone last summer, shot down by the Iranians in international waters. President Trump called back an air strike that would have killed dozens if not hundreds of Iranians. Instead he hit the Iranians where it really hurts, in the bank accounts.

However, when Iran’s QUD’s forces killed an American contractor, President Trump ordered the strike that took out General Qasem Soleimani. Previously, Iranian senior officials were not targeted, and since the leadership cares less then nothing for the people, they didn’t care if they got killed. Taking out Soleimani was a wake up call, and it put a major dent into their plans for other attacks.

It all comes down to this. President Trump knows that property, like drones, can be replaced, and will use alternate means to punish the attackers. If you hurt or kill Americans, President Trump takes the gloves off. This is something the Iranians have never experienced before with previous presidents.

Murphy is a frequent speaker at the National Iranian American Council, a lobbying group with alleged links to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Oh Really? Now that’s interesting.

Republican Sens. Mike Braun of Indiana, Tom Cotton of Arkansas, and Ted Cruz of Texas recently asked the Department of Justice for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

They wrote that the influential lobbying group “purports to improve understanding between American and Iranian people but in reality seems to spread propaganda and lobby on behalf of the Iranian government.” Evidence indicates that evidence Zarif himself was involved in founding the group.

Now that is really interesting. It seems that Senator Christopher Murphy could be conducting nefarious deals with the Iranian government, a group that considers itself at war with the United States. If it turns out that Murphy is a bought and paid for agent of the Islamic Republic of Iran, forget the foreign agents thing. This could be considered espionage and possibly treason. I expect the second term of President Trump’s to be rather interesting in the swamp draining news. Who knows how many members of Congress might be retiring from office to Club Fed?
