MSNBC announces that it is opposed to American’s Freedom

Good day all. MSNBC likes to tout itself as a news and comment network for “The common people.” What they actually are is a pack of fake news generating Progressive Totalitarian elitists. Recently, they had one of their contributors announce Americans have an obsession with Freedom.

I find it refreshing that MSNBC has finally decided to just admit to the world that they despise the rights of the individual American and that we need to be suppressed, “For our own good of course.” Here are the details from Fox News:

MSNBC contributor Anand Giridharadas declared on Wednesday that Americans have a “freedom obsession” when speaking about the coronavirus pandemic during an appearance on “Morning Joe.”

One of the fundamental questions to me is, what’s going to be our relationship to government, the idea of government after this? We kind of look at it at three levels this week,” Giridharadas said.

There’s a primordial American tradition going back to the founders of being freedom-obsessed, even though we’re a country founded on slavery and genocide,” Giridharadas continued. “Being freedom-obsessed to the point where we’re always so afraid of the government coming for us that we’re blind to other types of threats, whether it’s a virus, whether it’s bank malfeasance, climate change, what have you.”

I looked this loser up and was surprised that he’s actually a native born American. His parents were from India and legally immigrated here. However, junior Moonbat appears to have failed to understand anything about American uniqueness. He seems to have more in common with India then the country he was born and raised in. Basically, he’s a progressive “Blame America First” twerp.

Giridharadas said a “more recent, kind of 40-year version” is the “Reagan war on government,” which he said is an idea that impacts Americans on both sides of the aisle.

There’s a hard version on the right, there’s a small c, conservative kind of militant version of it, but it has also infected many people on the left in this passive sense, like ‘I believe in government,’ but ‘I would never go work there,’ or ‘I believe in government but, you know, I kind of like don’t like my taxes too high, or I use trusts in the Cayman Islands.’”

How anyone can so miss the core of America is beyond me. I could understand it if this dumbass had not grown up in the United States, but he was born here. Of course, referring to his bio on Wikipedia, (Which for something like this is ok), while he may have been born here, he wasn’t educated here, at least he doesn’t seem to have spent a lot of time in an American school. It seems he was educated in Europe, specifically France, which pretty much explains why he is a big government totalitarian loser.

Giridharadas said “the more recent Trump-era twist” is when “the war in government becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy,” undermining the government as a result.

And the problem with this is what exactly?

You put someone who can barely read a sentence in government, in the figure of Donald Trump, and it becomes true government sucks, because you made it suck by telling everybody it sucks. I think the most important thing that could come out of this is realizing the government is not the biggest threat to our liberty,” Giridharadas said. “It can be a threat to our liberty but we’re threatened by many, many things and what the government fundamentally does is protect us.”

Actually, no, the government doesn’t protect us. In fact, there have been a number of court decisions stating that fact. The government’s job is to maintain the rule of law and to protect our borders. Needless to say, this little fascist is getting slammed from all sides.

Giridharadas’ remarks were widely condemned on social media as “Orwellian doublespeak” and “some communist bs,” to the point that Twitchy published a roundup of Twitter criticism.

And of course, he learned his lesson and tried to make amends. Umm no. He decided to double down on stupid.

However, the MSNBC contributor noticed the backlash and doubled down in a series of tweets.

Anand Giridharadas

It’s not doublespeak. It’s called understanding a halfway complex thought, such as that a people obsessed with their self-image as uniquely free can be stunningly blind to things like slavery, genocide, segregation, and more.

And it just went downhill from there. What I see here is that this idiot is a U.N. loving globalist member of the Eurotrash elite. He’s about as American as Josef Stalin. If he hates this country so much, then he should pack up his family and leave. No one will stop him, and after this tirade, many will help him pack and make sure he makes his flight.

As for MSNBC? They haven’t disavowed this totalitarian twit as far as I’ve heard. In my opinion, that means they agree with him, which comes as no surprise to anyone who has had the misfortune of stumbling on their cable channel. I would also like to know how this walking diaper stain even got on to MSNBC as a contributor in the first place.

After graduating from college, Giridharadas moved to Mumbai in 2003 as a consultant for the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he followed the path of his father, who was a director at McKinsey. In 2005, he became a journalist, covering India for the International Herald Tribune and The New York Times. In 2009, after returning to the United States, he began to write the “Currents” column for those newspapers. He also writes longer magazine pieces. As of 2010, Giridharadas was a doctoral candidate at Harvard University. He is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, an MSNBC commentator, and a visiting scholar at the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at New York University.

Oh, I see. He joined all the politically correct clubs, attended all the politically correct schools and trashed the country of his birth. It doesn’t hurt that MSNBC would also want the first person ever to have his cerebellum cleaned with a power washer set to maximum. I’m sure that the entire staff of MSNBC couldn’t wait to try the process on themselves. It would certainly explain things.
