One line bill to close the Department of (non)Education

Good day all. The Department of Education was created as a gift to the Teacher’s union and the Professional Educators. It burns through billions of dollars a year and educates not one single man, woman or child.

For decades, people have been trying to close down this money pit, usually with large encompassing bills. Now, for a change of pace, we have a bill to do away with the Department of Education that is one line long. Here are the details of this forlorn hope from the Dan Bongino Show:

One sentence. Ten words. That’s all it took for Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) to let his feelings – and plans — for the U.S. Department of Education be known. His bill, HR 899, reads: “The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2022.”

In a press release, Massie declared, “Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. should not be in charge of our children’s intellectual and moral development. States and local communities are best positioned to shape curricula that meet the needs of their students. Schools should be accountable. Parents have the right to choose the most appropriate educational opportunity for their children, including home school, public school, or private school.”

Massie follows in the footsteps of President Ronald Reagan, who sought to dismantle the department created by his predecessor, President Jimmy Carter, as a payoff for the support of the almighty teachers’ unions. Reagan was not successful, so Massie picked up the fight again in 2017, when HR 899 was first introduced; it was re-introduced again in 2019, but didn’t make it to a floor vote.

And, sadly, neither will this bill. The teachers unions or one of the owners of the Democratic CommuNazi party, and they expect OberGruppenFuherer Pelosi and Generalissimo Schumer to follow their instructions and continue to shovel taxpayer funds to the Union leadership’s personal slush funds. However, there is a very slight, almost minuscule chance that Representative Massie might pull this off.

The time is right for Massie to bring his fight back to Congress. The country is reeling from government-imposed COVID-19 restrictions that have forced millions of American schoolchildren to be taught, often with disastrous consequences, via distance learning. Teachers’ unions across the nation have been vocal about not returning to the classroom until a laundry list of mostly political demands have been met, much to the distress of parents.

Parents are pretty pissed at the Teachers and their unions these days. Thanks to the Great Panicdemic of 2020, the lockdown and parents going nuts having their little darlings around 24/7, not to mention the flat out idiotic behavior of some teachers and administrators, (calling the police because Jr. has a BB gun in his bedroom that is visible on the computer monitor), it’s possible that this could get to the floor.

President Joe Biden, who had no problem throwing pipeline union workers under the bus by halting the Keystone XL Pipeline project, is curiously silent when it comes to making the teachers’ unions do their jobs.

That’s due to the Teachers unions funneling more money to the CommuNazis then the pipeline union. (Whatever they’re called)

Massie’s one-line bill is unlikely to make it very far in the Democrat-controlled Congress, as most Democrats receive generous donations from the deep pockets of the still-almighty teachers’ unions. And remember, the Department of Education is one, big gift to the unions.

And, sadly, I agree. The Democratic CommuNazi party, along with their progenitors, the Democrat Party, have been wholly owned by Unions for almost a century. They will do whatever they’re told to do, as long as the Unions keep shoveling bribes campaign contributions there way. However, it’s entirely possible that this may be the last gasp of the Labor/CommuNazi Alliance. If there is an actual honest election in 2022, and people decide that massive unemployment, stagflation, and all the other things that the current leadership has planned, the odds of a massive flip is actually quite good.

Of course, this would require an honest election and we’ve seen just how far the Deep State, Uniparty and the Democratic CommuNazis will go to make sure they keep their power. In any case, a tip of the hat to Representative Massie. Please keep up the good work.
