A father catches a scumbag IN THE ACT of molesting his 4 year old daughter and deals with him in an appropriate manner.
Good evening. I was just finishing things up for the day when I saw this story on Drudge. It links back to a CNN report about a father in Texas who caught some pervert trying to rape his 4 year old daughter.
A Texas father caught a man sexually assaulting his 4-year-old daughter and punched him in the head repeatedly, killing him, authorities said.
All I can say here is GOOD! I hope he didn’t injure his hand. So how did this animal get access to the 4 year old?
The girl was left inside the family’s house during the social gathering, while other members of her family were tending to horses, the sheriff said.
Ok, she was in her own home. That makes sense. No one expects an scumbag to go after a little girl in her own home with family members nearby. So how did this sleaze get in the house?
The father was casually acquainted with the alleged abuser, said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon. The alleged abuser was known for his horse-grooming abilities, Harmon said.
So he was known to the father, who probably had no reason to worry about his guest. So what happened next?
The father returned to the house, caught the man in the act, and stopped him by striking him in the head several times, Harmon said.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene, while the daughter was taken to a local hospital in Victoria, Texas, for examinations before being released. Harmon described the girl as “OK besides the obvious mental trauma.”
I gather the little girl’s father stopped the scumbag before anything serious happened. Since she is very young, I think she will be ok with the help of her parents. So what’s going to happen to the father? You know that if this happened in places like California, Illinois, New York, Maryland or any other leftist moonbat infested state, the father would be sitting in jail right now.
Asked whether they would press charges against the father, the sheriff responded, “You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him.”
Since this is Texas, and any father, or for that matter any normal person who came upon the same situation would immediately move to stop the assault on the child by whatever means necessary.
Harmon described the dad as “very remorseful,” adding that he didn’t know the man was going to die.
And I’m glad you were there to protect your daughter. I really don’t see this even making it out of the prosecutors office let alone to a grand jury. Putting it in front of a jury? It would take them about 30 seconds to acquit.
Real people hate child molesters. Even the scum of the Earth, sitting in prison, generally don’t like criminals who harm children. They tend to make life very short and painful for them.
