One heart attack from the Oval Office

The Stupid

So Der Fubar had better make sure his heart is in good shape, otherwise we could end up with President Joseph “Gaffemaster B” Biden.

We’ve all known that Joe Biden is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but the last few days, he has surpassed himself with his chronic “Foot in Mouth” disease. In a recent campaign appearance in Danville, Virginia, the Gaffemaster made the statement: “They’re going to put you all back in chains.”

He said this to a predominately black audience. This wasn’t the first time Dumb Dumb Biden has said things like this. Back in 2007 when Obama was beginning his run, Biden said:

“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”1

Now that’s a nice thing to say about someone who’s skin is dark and his ancestors, (At least one of them anyway), is African. After that one, he went on to say that with the help of the people in the audience, (Meaning Virginia), they could win North Carolina.

Make it stop!

Now, people are actively wondering if Joe Biden is actually mentally competent. Former NYC Mayor, (And the last good one they’ve had in a long time), said in reference to Slow Joe’s most recent utterances:

Well, I think if it came from somebody serious maybe we’d get all excited about it. But the — I think the vice president of the United States has become a laugh line on late night television. I mean, he — I’ve never seen a vice president that has made as many mistakes, said as many stupid things. I mean, there’s a real fear if, God forbid, he ever had to be entrusted with the presidency, whether he really has the mental capacity to handle it. (Emphasis mine. AWM) I mean, this guy just isn’t bright. He’s never been bright. He isn’t bright. And people think, ‘Well, he just talks a little too much.’ Actually he’s just not very smart.2

Governor Sarah Palin remarked that Obama should dump Biden and put Hillary Clinton on the ticket. (Comments to that imply that Since Sarah said it was a good idea, Obama won’t do it. A little political backspin from Palin??)

Well, as of this posting, Obama has invited Biden to a “Nice lunch in the White House.” No doubt Biden is going to get “Slapped upside the head” a few times by The SCoaMF, however he might also decide to give Slow Joe his walking papers. He’ll have a desk and a phone until January 20th, then he will be sent packing. (Of course, so will Obama so it doesn’t matter to much)

The question is, who would run in his place? A lot of people are saying Hillary, but I’m not so sure that would be a good idea. She has a lot of baggage and hasn’t exactly showered herself in glory as Secretary of State. This video came out in 2008 when she had a good chance at being the Democrat nominee.

You can bet that one will be updated. Also, there’s the problem of Obama’s incompetence and the high probability that he will lose in November. Even if he sleazes his was into a second term, he will probably be facing a solid Republican house and Senate that will rip him a new one. Does Hillary really want to be associated with the most divisive president in 150 years?

As SecState, she can always claim the foreign policy disasters that have been one of the hallmarks of Obama were not her fault, and that she was “Simply Followink Orderz Mein Herr!” As VP, with what would be an even more disastrous fours years of The SCoaMF, any possibility of being president will be flushed down the toilet.

There was a joke back in the early 90’s when Bush Sr. was President and the VP was Dan Quayle3. Quayle made a few boneheaded statements and was ripped apart by the MSM, (Now know as the “Obama Steno Pool”), but nothing like what Biden has done.

Biden is stupid. He is dangerously stupid. Now, finally, people are questioning his competence. Not just Conservatives and others, but Democrats are starting to finally ask the question, “Do we want him anywhere near the nuclear button?”

I suspect that if Obama were removed from Office, either through illness, impeachment or violence, Biden would swiftly be removed even if it would mean a Republican Speaker of the House became president for the remainder of the term.

Keep an eye on Drudge, Fox, msnbc and cnn to see if we will have a new Democrat VP candidate.

It looks like Obama is going to continue with Biden as the VP. Not to surprising really. He needs someone who actually makes him look smart. Hillary Clinton, to put it bluntly, is a hell of a lot brighter than Obama. (One reason he won’t release his collage transcripts)
