These stupid voice automated phone systems they have nowadays suck. They never understand what you are trying to say. and you better make sure its completely quiet while you are on the phone with them because they pick up background noise too and when you finally get to talk to a real person it seems to always be someone with an accent who can't understand you and you can't understand them
