Good day all. Thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, between 10 and 20 million illegal aliens have been allowed to invade the United States. Among these illegals were thousands of hardened criminals including a large number from Venezuela. They came to the attention of America when this group took over an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado.
The Govno of Colorado denied that any such thing had had occurred and that it was “Misinformation.” The problem were all the videos of the gang storming an apartment went viral. Finally the City of Aurora went after the gang, sort of. Still, all these foreign based gangs have been a problem for decades. The Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua, has actually announced open season on American police.
With all this, Harris and Biden still refuse to do anything to fix the problem they caused. Now President Trump has announced that he has a plan. Here are the details from Newsmax:
Former President Donald Trump on Friday unveiled a plan to remove illegal immigrant gangs from the U.S. if he is elected in November during a rally in Aurora, Colorado, which has been menaced by the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
“To everyone here in Colorado and all across our nation, I make this pledge and vow to you: Nov. 5, 2024, will be liberation day in America,” Trump said at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in a rally that aired live on Newsmax and was simulcast on Newsmax2. “I will rescue Aurora and every town that has been invaded and conquered. … And we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail or kick them out of our country. And we will be very, very effective in doing it. It’s going to happen very, very fast. We’re going to get them the hell out of our country.”
President Trump named this Operation Aurora apparently as a reference to an operation by police in San Antonio to get rid of the gang.
President Trump dedicated it to the memories of Jocelyn Nungaray, 12, Laken Riley, 22, Rachel Morin, 37, “and all of the others that are dead and/or mortally wounded at the hands of migrants who should never have been allowed into our country.”
Those young women, who, thanks to Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, will never become old women, are but a tip of the iceberg of crimes committed by the criminals that Harris and Biden allowed into the United States. To deal with these criminals, President Trump reached back to a law passed in the early days of the United States.
“To expedite the removals of these savage gangs, I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798,” Trump said, referring to a portion of the Alien Sedition Acts of 1798 passed by Congress that allows the president to authorize the arrest, relocation, or deportation of any male over the age of 14 who hailed from a foreign enemy country at war with the U.S. or where any “invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government.”
This is going to be an interesting take on this law. I think the last time it may have been used was World War Two, with the round up of Japanese nationals. (They also rounded up Americans of Japanese decent and that was a flat out violation of the Constitution. Of course, it was the Democrats under FDR who did that)
I can see this law being utilized and the ACLU, along with every left wing progressive anti-American group running off to their pet Obama and Biden judges to put a stop to it. I can see that backfiring, especially on some of the judges who might decide to protect the invaders. You might see a few of them flat out charged with Sedition and potentially Treason.
“Think of that 1798. This was put there in 1798. That’s a long time ago,” Trump said. “To target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil … we will send elite squads of ICE, Border Patrol, and federal law enforcement officers to hunt down and arrest and deport every last illegal alien gang member until there is not a single one left in this country. And if they come back into our country, they will be told it is an automatic 10-year sentence in jail with no possibility of parole. And I’m hereby calling for the death penalty for any migrant that kills an American citizen or a law enforcement officer.”
One of the problems we have with shipping the millions of illegals back to the countries they came form is that a lot of these countries won’t accept them. There is a way to deal with this of course, but it will require Congressional action. Simply, send int the Marines to take port facilities and airports and hold them until all the deportations of that country’s nationals has been completed and then pull out. If a few parts of said country need to be reduced to rubble, so be it.
“My message today is very simple,” Trump said. “No person who has inflicted the violence and terror that Kamala Harris has inflicted on this community can ever be allowed to become the president of the United States. We’re not going allow it.”
This is a direct slam at Harris who has been trying, unsuccessfully, to distance herself from Joe Biden. The problem with this is that she has been joined at the hip and, in moments of clarity, Dementia Joe has been happily reminding people of this.
Trump also said he will encourage Congress to pass legislation prohibiting cities to declare themselves sanctuaries for illegal immigrants.
“We will send Congress a bill to ban all sanctuary cities in our country, including Denver,” he said. “And we will begin the largest deportation operation in the history of the United States. We will close the border. We will stop the invasion of illegals into our country. We will defend our territory. We will not be conquered. We will reclaim our sovereignty. And Colorado will vote for Trump as a protest and signal to the world that we are not going to take it anymore.”
Note that President Trump said he was going to involve Congress. This differs significantly from Biden and Obama. When they didn’t have control of Congress, they would basically ignore congress whenever they could. Biden is arguably the worst offender with his flat out refusal to answer to Congress with all the scandals underway. If, as I hope, the Republicans pull off the Trifecta and take complete control of the House and Senate as well as the Presidency, President Trump will be able to seriously clean house, starting with removing the millions of criminals that Biden and Harris let into the country.
