Good day all, This is the Angry Webmaster. I mentioned in my post yesterday<\/a> that I had attended a Pro-Second Amendment rally<\/a> in the State Capital. Today I\u2019m going to report on what I saw and what happened.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I first heard about this last week when protest sites regarding the Progressive, Totalitarian Liberal Democrats, (Yep, repeating myself again), began the process of subverting the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, in other words, the Second Amendment ((The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution<\/a>)). Now to refresh your memory, and that of Liberals, here is the actual text of the Amendment:<\/p>\n

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"God,<\/a>Many liberals like to point to the first part of the Amendment as their excuse on gun control. The section, \u201cA well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state,<\/i>\u201d is a declaration. It simply states why the second part of the Amendment, \u201cthe right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.<\/i>\u201d was written. Another issue is the word \u201cRegulated.\u201d Today, this means controlled or restricted. Back when the Amendment was written, it meant \u201cTo put in good order\u201d among other things. Finally, the term Militia. Liberals like to say that is the army or the national guard. Back then, it meant ever able bodied man between 16 and 45. (Roughly) The key phrase in all of this is \u201cShall Not Be Infringed.\u201d Basically, the people, (That\u2019s you and I), are part of the militia and we need to have a gun and ammunition in good working order. I\u2019ll let those far better schooled in the argument instruct the Liberals.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, the entire crew from Anger Central went up to Concord NH. We met the my brother and his son, The Angry Brother, and the Angry nephew. The speeches were already underway. One of the early problems was no sound system. This made it difficult to hear what was being said. Someone showed up with a bull horn and that made it a lot easier to hear.<\/p>\n

There were about 400 people there, with people coming and going throughout the event. I saw only one long gun, (That would be a rifle for you Moonbats) and it was unloaded. The rifle was a Russian made Mosin-Nagant ((The Mosin-Nagant 7.62 x 54R<\/a>)) bolt action rifle, a design that is over 100 years old. Other then that, there were no other rifles or shotguns in evidence. There were a lot of pistols in concealed carry holsters. Those were no doubt loaded and ready for use if required. This was probably one reason I didn\u2019t see any moonbats there. No doubt they were quivering like bowls of jello at the thought of people with guns.<\/p>\n

\"Barking<\/a><\/p>\n

There were a lot of former military people there, everything from Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan. There were also a lot of young people including a 14 year old girl who gave a speech asking that her right to keep and bear arms be protected. (She also added the phrase, \u201cWhen I am old enough\u201d in her speech) When we all left, the Angry Brother gave her a hearty \u201cWell done!\u201d Her face lit right up as did that of her very proud father.<\/p>\n

Several of the people making speeches were current members of the New Hampshire state legislature. Besides the gun grabs now being attempted across the country, they also brought up a bill now in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. This is House Bill 135 and I wrote about that<\/a> the other day. Basically this bill will repeal the \u201cStand your ground\u201d law that was passed recently, thereby giving criminals a free hand in raping, robbing and murdering people in New Hampshire. Theoretically, if a person carrying a gun lawfully spotted someone about to shoot innocent people, all he could do was leave the area. The hearing for this Liberal idiocy is Tuesday, January 22nd<\/sup> at 1pm<\/a> in the New Hampshire states house. If you can be there, please go. If you go and you feel able to, please ask to speak. This nonsense has to be stopped before it can get started.<\/p>\n

The speakers, aside from talking about HB135, also spoke about the current attempts by the Obama Regime to strip Americans of their rights under the Second Amendment. The words \u201cTreason\u201d and \u201cTraitor\u201d were used in describing Obama, Biden and Governor Andrew Cuomo. This I had to take issue with. Treason is the one thing that is clearly defined in the Constitution, and for good reason. King George III would charge people with treason for simply insulting the crown.<\/p>\n

The section of the Constitution that defines what is to be considered treason is Article 3, Section 3<\/a> and reads:<\/p>\n

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, as much as I would like to charge King Barry the SCoaMF and his gang of thugs with treason, they have not met the constitutional requirements. However, they have met the requirements for impeachment and removal from office. (One charge that comes to mind would be the murder of two Federal Agents, and selling guns to a criminal enterprise)<\/p>\n

Another thing that was talked about was the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire<\/a>. The speaker said it was the best one in the nation, well written and very tight. He also mentioned Article 10 of our state Constitution. For those of you who don\u2019t know, this gives the people in New Hampshire the right of revolution if the state government goes authoritarian. The text reads:<\/p>\n

[Art.] 10. [Right of Revolution.]<\/em> Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the people attending the rally knew of this article. I have a suspicion that most of the Democrats in New Hampshire either don\u2019t know or are trying to ignore article 10.<\/p>\n

After about an hour, we decided to go. It was a good day, and this rally was one of 49 others across the country protesting the Progressive Liberal Democrats plans to suppress the Second Amendment. I understand the rally in Albany New York had over 2000 people in attendance. The Obama Steno Pool is, of course, studiously ignoring these rallies. It goes against their belief that all government is good, and the more we have the better.<\/p>\n

These rallies were all part of Gun Appreciation Day, and besides the rallies, there were also calls for people to go to gun shows, gun stores and firing ranges to show their support of the Second Amendment. From what I\u2019ve read, there was a massive turnout across the nation. As you might expect, the Obama Steno Pool couldn\u2019t say enough about the few things that went wrong. There were several people injured at the various gun shows due to accidental discharges. Basically a small handful of idiots forgot their safety training. From what I\u2019ve read, there were no serious injuries.<\/p>\n

So, what does all this mean? It means that the gun owners of America, and a lot of others who don\u2019t own guns, have had enough with the illegal and blatantly unconstitutional actions by Barack Obama and other members of the Progressive Liberal Democrat party. One of the people giving a speech yesterday had it right. This is the straw that is breaking the camels back. Obama and the others are now trying to make criminals out of normally law abiding people.<\/p>\n

This should outright terrify the Moonbats, but they are so stupid, they can\u2019t see what might happen. Many people are now starting to say that the time is almost upon us to fertilize the tree of liberty ((Thomas Jefferson Quote<\/a>)). This should scare the crap out of everyone, especially those on the political left. Are the Moonbats listening, reflecting and perhaps reconsidering their threats against the gun owners? Of course not! If they did, they wouldn\u2019t be Moonbats now, would they?<\/p>\n

Ok, that was for laughs, but the liberals really do tend to think like the female caricature. You want to know something else rather amusing? New Hampshire has the most Machine guns per capita in the country ((Fosters Daily Democrat<\/a>)). I recently went into a gun shop and saw a Browning M1919A4<\/a> belt fed machine gun for sale. I wish I could both afford the gun and the cost of the ammo to shoot it. You may not know this, but all it takes in New Hampshire to own a machine gun is the $200 tax and some paperwork. (And a hefty ammunition allowance to shoot the thing)<\/p>\n

In closing, please contact your state representatives in New Hampshire to squash HB135. Please contact your United States Senators and Representatives to end any thought of suppressing the Second Amendment. If you Moonbats want to end private gun ownership, then file an Amendment to the Constitution repealing the Second Amendment. You won\u2019t of course because you know it won\u2019t even make it out of committee.<\/p>\n
