Good day all. The news about Obamacare is just getting better and better. Now it\u2019s coming out that premiums are going to skyrocket.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\"crazy_doctor\"<\/a>\u201cBut, that isn\u2019t supposed to happen? Our great and all knowing King Putt said that rates were going down!\u201d If you believed that, I have several bridges and a nice swamp you may want to purchase. Oh wait! You won\u2019t be able to since you\u2019re going to be dead broke, if not outright dead thanks to the \u201csavings\u201d from Obamacare. The story is now exploding all over the news, (at least the news that matters, which takes out the Obama Steno Pool), and it\u2019s starting to sink in to the Low Information Voters, better known as Barking Moonbats and blindingly stupid Democrat voters, that the Tea Party and other conservative groups, (Please note I am NOT including the Party of Stupid, better known as the Republican Party), were actually right.<\/p>\n

Here are a few details from the Washington Guardian:<\/p>\n

In a report that could prove a big political headache<\/a> for the administration, the Society of Actuaries estimated Tuesday that insurers will have to pay out an average of 32 percent more for claims on individual health policies under the Affordable Care Act, a cost likely to be passed on to consumers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I can barely afford what I\u2019m paying now. My rates have doubled since that SCoaMF took office in 2009. If it goes up to the levels they are talking about, I\u2019m bankrupt.<\/p>\n

While some areas will see declines in medical claims costs, the report predicts the majority of states will see double-digit increases in their individual health insurance markets, where people purchase coverage directly from insurers rather than get coverage from employers.<\/p>\n

By 2017, the estimated increase would be 62 percent for California, about 80 percent in Ohio and Wisconsin, more than 20 percent for Florida and 67 percent for Maryland. Much of the reason for the higher claims costs is that sicker people are expected to join the pool, the report said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

My guess is, those areas that allegedly will see a decrease won\u2019t see any such thing. People have been angry about the whole Obamacare thing since it was rammed through the congress with lies, chicanery and bribes ((The Demcare bribe list<\/a>)). The majority were opposed to it when it was proposed and made their feelings known. They were ignored.<\/p>\n

As more and more people both learn about what this will do to the healthcare system, and how much all that \u201cFree\u201d stuff is really going to cost, the number of people opposing it has grown ((New CNN Poll: 59% Oppose Obamacare<\/a>)). Well, now that the obvious is starting to hit people in between the eyes, the Obama Tyranny has started to admit that \u201cyes, it\u2019s not actually going to lower costs one bit.\u201d Here\u2019s a few choice remarks from the Wall Street Journal<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Some people purchasing new insurance policies for themselves this fall could see premiums rise because of requirements in the health-care law, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius<\/strong> told reporters Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Ms. Sebelius\u2019s remarks come weeks before insurers are expected to begin releasing rates for plans that start on Jan. 1, 2014, when key provisions of the health law kick in. Premiums have been a sensitive subject for the Obama administration, which is counting on elements in the health law designed to increase competition among insurers to keep rates in check. The administration has pointed to subsidies that will be available for many lower-income Americans to help them with the cost of coverage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There is no way Obamacare can keep insurance premiums from skyrocketing. The insurance companies have been announcing their anticipated rate hikes for months. Of course, Il Douche\u2019s minions have been lying through their teeth about what was going to happen.<\/p>\n

The secretary\u2019s remarks are among the first direct statements from federal officials that people who have skimpy health plans right now could face higher premiums for plans that are more generous. She noted that the law requires plans to provide better benefits and treat all customers equally regardless of their medical claims.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese folks will be moving into a really fully insured product for the first time, and so there may be a higher cost associated with getting into that market,\u201d she said. \u201cBut we feel pretty strongly that with subsidies available to a lot of that population that they are really going to see much better benefit for the money that they\u2019re spending.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Subsidies, and where is the money going to come for those? I\u2019ll give you a hint. Look in the mirror. Already Obamacare is choking on it\u2019s own conflicting goals and it hasn\u2019t kicked in yet. (Other then some of the taxes of course) As to these \u201cbenefits?\u201d What benefits? Already doctors are planning to leave the medical field, hospitals are starting to prepare to close and the medical device field is in the process of leaving the United States over the stupidity of Obamacare.<\/p>\n

There are a number of reasons why people don\u2019t have insurance or don\u2019t have insurance that passes Sebelius\u2019s idea of insurance. They either don\u2019t need it or can\u2019t afford the higher premiums. These tend to be young people who are very healthy. If they get insurance, they tend to go for high deductible plans and pay for any minor issues out of their own pockets, They consider the insurance something to have in case they have a major accident or something. These people are going to be screwed. According to Human Events:<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry, folks, ObamaCare is blowing premiums through the roof, but there will be subsidies available for lower-income Americans! That means the rest of us will get screwed twice – <\/em>once when we pay our higher insurance premiums, then again when we pay for all those lovely subsidies.<\/p>\n

On the political front, Obama\u2019s cherished young voters are getting rooked, but luckily they tend to be low-information types who don\u2019t hold him accountable for anything \u2013 they keep saying jobs and economic growth are their top concern, but they voted to re-elect him, didn\u2019t they? And Sebelius is doing her best to mitigate political fallout from sticker-shocked young people by keeping that \u201cWar on Women\u201d narrative going. Those brutish misogynist ObamaCare opponents just want to repeal the President\u2019s magical program because they want insurance companies to be able to discriminate against women!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And I won\u2019t go into the problems with forcing companies and religious organizations to support or pay for procedures that they are philosophically opposed to. You know, things like forcing the Catholic Church to pay for birth control and abortions. They won\u2019t do it and they are rather militant about it.<\/p>\n

Obamacare, if it actually goes into full effect in 2014, will complete the destruction of the United States economy. Companies are already cutting back people, cutting their working hours and no doubt, in many cases, simply shut down. Then there is the Internal Revenue Services idea of what coverage should cost. Can we say $20,000.00 for the cheapest insurance?<\/p>\n

By 2016, if this goes into effect, there will be demands not only for it\u2019s repeal, but also for the heads of all the Progressive Liberal Moonbats who shoved this down our throat. I will also say that the odds of a violence will increase exponentially. Care to hazard a guess what will happen when the IRS goes into your bank account and cleans it out because they don\u2019t think your insurance is good enough? Or how about taking a sick family member to see a doctor and since your original family doctor quit, you get to spend 10 hours in a waiting room while your child gets sicker and sicker. Now you know one of the reasons the ProgNazi\u2019s, aka Democrats, want to disarm the American people.<\/p>\n
