The Progressive Liberal Elites are working hard to take away any means of the people to defend themselves against their own governments. You throw facts at them and they ignore then and lie right back at you. Here is a case in point. A 15 year old girl who has been involved in shooting for 8 years recently testified to the Maryland legislature which is moving to virtually outlaw any private ownership of firearms. This video has started to go viral and I\u2019m going to push it along.<\/p>\n

Then there is this report coming out of Colorado. It states that Governor Hickenlooper, who recently ignored his constitutional duties and signed into law several measures that do nothing but make criminals out of formally law abiding citizens. Not only that, it also makes it easier for real criminals to attack people. The sheriffs in Colorado have almost to a man, (or woman as the case may be), stated that they can not enforce these laws because they are blatantly unconstitutional as well as physically impossible to enforce. A report from K99.com<\/a> states indicates that Hickenlooper is going to authorize the Secret Service to arrest any sheriff that refuses to enforce unconstitutional laws.<\/p>\n There is a term for what is being talked about yet I can\u2019t think of it. Rumor has it though that the Federal government is laying the groundwork to let the Secret Service start arresting Sheriff\u2019s<\/strong> <\/a>for not enforcing new gun control laws; starting with Colorado.<\/p>\n By the sounds of it, Colorado is being targeted with an attempt to set up loopholes that will allow the U.S. Secret Service to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law, or anyone breaking the law. This means ALL Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians, specialists, and other \u2018special officers\u2019.<\/p>\n In short they want to,<\/p>\n \u2026establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president (Secret Service). It would enable the president \/ executive branch to theoretically override the actions and preventative measures that are now being taken by many States throughout the country who are trying to preserve 2nd Amendment gun rights and who are prohibiting the enforcement of unconstitutional law passed by Congress or pushed by executive order.<\/p>\n Most of us are well aware that just about every Sheriff across the country, including our own Weld and Larimer Sheriff\u2019s, (about 350 in all) have all said they will not enforce any mandate from Washington if it violates the Second Amendment, which these future mandates do.<\/p>\n Many states are trying to pass gun control bills but politicians in Colorado have all but passed Senate Bill SB-13-013<\/strong> which will give \u201cpolice powers\u201d and \u201carrest authority\u201d to the federal\/executive branch of government (Secret Service) within the State.<\/p>\n Sound fun? Don\u2019t worry Texas, it sounds like y\u2019all are up next! (Read full story here<\/strong>.)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n I\u2019ll be the first to say that this sounds like tin foil hat territory. At first glance, this looks like a classic violation of the 10th<\/sup> Amendment. It could also backfire badly for the Democrats. If Obama tried to order the Secret Service to arrest the sheriffs for not enforcing unconstitutional laws, and the Secret Service went in and started doing this, there is a high order of probability that some of the sheriffs and their deputies would resist and violently.<\/p>\n Why would the Colorado Democrats push such a thing? For one very simple reason. Power. They want to rule, not govern and the sheriffs have thrown down the gauntlet. They are elected by the citizens of the counties and are answerable to them, not the state legislature. There is also a similar bill in the Texas Legislature, however I don\u2019t have any details on that and not a lot of details on the Colorado bill. It appears this is being pushed by Obama and Biden. It looks like they want to turn the Secret Service into an actual Secret Police force.<\/p>\n And then we have the outright stupidity of the Progressive Liberal Democrat gun grabbers. In this case we have another Colorado Representative of the Progressive Elite. Her name is Diane DeGette. According to Real Clear Politics<\/a>:<\/p>\n CO State Rep. Diana DeGette (D) “I will tell you these are ammunition, they\u2019re bullets, so the people who have those now they\u2019re going to shoot them, so if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won\u2019t be any more available.” (April 2, 2013, Denver Post forum)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n [youtuber youtube=’http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_xm4xJktTAc’]<\/p>\n The Stupid! It Burns!! Make It Stop!!<\/p>\n One of the problems for the grabbers and their plans to ban standard size magazines is the 3D printer ((Print and fire: 3D printing could muzzle new gun laws<\/a>)). These \u201cprinters\u201d are actually small fabrication systems ((3D Printing<\/a>)). They can make the basic 30 round magazines used in AR15 rifles and in fact any firearm that uses a removable magazine. All you need is a metal spring to push the bullets into the rifle. 3D Printers have been used to make actual gun parts and they have stood up through several hundred rounds. Eventually, they will make 3D Printers that can work with metal alloys used in guns and do so inexpensively. In a few years, the average person will be able to make their own guns simply by downloading the programming code from the Internet and run off enough fully automatic weapons to arm a small nation.<\/p>\n [youtuber youtube=’http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=30i_6awxEG4′]<\/p>\n Now, of course, people who actually study the Constitution have been testifying at these \u201chearings\u201d about the constitutionality of these laws and the absolute nightmare passing them will be for gun owners.<\/p>\n [youtuber youtube=’http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=h6mAUTP9Sq4′]<\/p>\n Of course, the Progressive Liberal Democrats won\u2019t listen. The Constitution is an obsolete document that should be discarded. Then we can have the Progressive Elites who have gone to the proper ivy league schools ((Origin of the term Ivy League<\/a>)) and have large trust funds run all aspects of our lives. We are now seeing a true break in this country. On one side you have people on the left who don\u2019t believe in the rights of the individual and hate anyone who disagrees with them. On the right you have those who not only believe in Freedom and Individuality, but are now reaching the point where they are ready to defend their rights by whatever means necessary.<\/p>\n A few months ago we had one man with a list and the will to commit murder ((Christopher Dorner<\/a>)). He was a big supporter of Obama and the Liberal Progressive Elites and had drunk deeply of the Kool-Aid. Unlike the other murderers, Dorner did not just shoot up the place. In fact, he didn\u2019t kill some people when it would have been to his benefit to do so. (They called in a tip about him that led to his being cornered) Dorner showed how someone can scare the living crap out of the power structure.<\/p>\n Down in Texas, in the last few months, two District Attorneys have been murdered in classic \u201chits.\u201d There was another attempt on a DA in Colorado yesterday. This one ended differently. The shooter was shot and killed. I don\u2019t know if there is any connection between these crimes, (along with the prison warden who was also murdered last month in Colorado), but it does make one think.<\/p>\n Is this the start of people turning on government officials? In the two Texas cases, they are looking at the Aryan Brotherhood. The police will eventually find out, and perhaps the dead crook in Colorado will provide a lead.<\/p>\n One thing the gun grabbers might want to consider. Their actions won\u2019t do one damn thing to stop criminals. In fact, it actually aids them since they will know they won\u2019t have to worry about getting shot by their intended victim. In the Colorado incident yesterday, it wasn\u2019t the police that shot the bad guy, it was the intended victims.
