<\/a>Yes, this is going to be a true rant from the Angry Webmaster. I had expected to write something regarding all those who didn\u2019t come home and died defending our freedoms, (Up until the Progressive Liberal Democrats and RINO\u2019s began suppressing them), but I just had a very frustrating experience at Sears. I found I needed a few small items and Sears generally carries them.<\/p>\nI headed down to the local mall, which has a Sears as one of their anchor stores. The traffic was heavy, and the mall was jammed. (Mostly people from the People\u2019s Republic of Taxachusetts looking to avoid their onerous sales taxes. I don\u2019t have a problem with that, (Even if the Mass. Department of Revenuers does), and walked into the store. I quickly found what I was looking for, and grabbed what I needed. The problems arose when I went to pay for my purchases.<\/p>\n
They had two people working the registers and a line out the door. Not being the patient sort, I decided to look for other open registers. Guess what? THERE WEREN\u2019T ANY! Oh they had registers open for the big ticket items, TV\u2019s, refrigerators, etc, but nothing for what I needed. I remember they used to have registers at the entrances that fed out to the mall, but not any more apparently. After wandering around for ten minutes, I headed back to the area I started in. Low and Behold, the lines were gone!!<\/p>\n
HALLELUJAH!! I thought and headed over. Just one problem. So did twenty other people and they beat me to the registers. I made my decision right then and there. I went to where I found the products I wanted and tossed them back on the shelf and walked out the door. Sears lost a sale thanks to the decisions of some moronic manager somewhere.<\/p>\n
I know this is a holiday and most people don’t want to work, but with the sales Sears was running, along with the large numbers of people that they had to know were going to come in looking for a deal, you would think they would have more then four people in the ENTIRE DAMN STORE handling low end transactions.<\/p>\n
Now don\u2019t get me wrong, I like Sears products. If I want something high end, like a TV, refrigerator or air conditioner, I will usually go to Sears first. I like their warranty service and have never had an issue with it. I will also say that I normally shop online for things, but these items require you to go in and actually look. I went, I looked and I was ready to buy. Pity the Managers weren\u2019t ready to handle the load.<\/p>\n
Will I shop at Sears in the future? Yes, I probably will, but not on a holiday or around Christmas when they have a large number of shoppers all trying to actually pay for their items instead of walking out the door with them in their pockets.<\/p>\n
So, to the Doofus\u2019s running Sears, PUT MORE STAFF ON AND DON\u2019T KEEP BUYERS WAITING!!<\/p>\n
