<\/a>Obviously, the NSA needs to have the words from the Fourth Amendment shoved up their collective backsides until it\u2019s crushed against what passes for their brains. Now, all this got me thinking about who they would be monitoring. One simple answer is….ME!<\/p>\nYes, I\u2019m serious. The NSA has admitted that they go after any calls that come into or leave the United States. Mrs. Webmaster is an immigrant and is constantly calling her sisters, nephews, nieces and friends in China. They also call the Anger Central Primary Dwelling to talk to her. This, without a doubt, sends up flares for the NSA. I fully expect they are monitoring every call the two of us make. (This would be Skype, two separate cellphones, the house phone and Google voice)<\/p>\n
Then there is the content of this site and the blog. Needless to say, no one here is a fan of Der Fubar or the Federal government. Basically, I have a very large bulls-eye painted on me and have no doubt that my email and calls have been searched, read, listened to, folded, spindled and mutilated by the United States Totalitarian Government. (Barack H. Obama, current monarch)<\/p>\n
This is one reason I don\u2019t keep anything important \u201cIn the cloud\u201d as it were. I also use encryption on anything I consider to be confidential and I also provide my PGP key<\/a> on the Add page<\/a>. Come to think of it, it may be time to expire that key and create a new one. In any case, I honestly believe that my Fourth Amendment rights have been violated by the Federal United States Government. For those of you who have forgotten, the Fourth Amendment reads:<\/p>\n The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Now the totalitarians will say \u201cWell they never had email or electronic communications in mind when they wrote it.\u201d To this I say HORSE HOCKEY! They had no idea which way technology would go, but they did know it would advance in ways they could never foresee. If they had known about email, the internet, cellphones, etc, then for DAMN sure they would have included it.<\/p>\n Recently, Edward Snowden violated his security clearance and blew the whistle on this illegal, blatantly unconstitutional activity by the NSA and the Justice Department. For this he has been indicted for espionage ((U.S. charges Snowden with espionage<\/a>)). Now, you may think that I support Snowden and what he did. You would be right if all he has done is blow the whistle on the illegal activities of the United States Government. However, he must also take responsibility for this and that means standing trial. He may, and probably will lose, but in the long run, he will win. (And a conviction is NOT a foregone conclusion) He could be the next Nathan Hale ((Nathan Hale<\/a>)).<\/p>\n Now for those of you who went to public school and studied Xbox and Halo, Nathan Hale was a colonial spy who was caught and hanged by the British, He is said to have uttered these words as the noose was placed around his neck:<\/p>\n I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n A number of people have wondered if Snowden worked alone or if someone else gave him the data that has been splashed all over the internet. Who can say? I will say, (And here is my guarantee of NEVER serving on his jury), that I would acquit him. Yes, he is guilty as sin, but he also did a public service. Now I am being even more cautious then I was before. I always assume that my private electronic documents and information are being read by Eric Holder and the others in the Department of No Justice for anyone.<\/p>\n This blog post is obviously NOT a private document. (Or won\u2019t be once I publish it) However, my emails, cellphone communications, location and finances ARE private and privileged. If they want ANY part of it, they better have a warrant and I have better be informed and presented with that warrant. If I am not, I will go after that rubber stamp judge with every legal means at my disposal. I will seek his or her removal from the bench and I will sue that judge PERSONALLY for violating MY RIGHTS.<\/p>\n Judges like the think they have some sort of immunity, but when they willfully violate the Constitution of the United States, a document they have SWORN to uphold, then any immunity these black robed princes think they have goes right out the window. You know, Rand Paul is currently planning to file suit regarding this surveillance ((Rand Paul planning class action lawsuit against surveillance programs<\/a>)). I think he should also go after the FISA judges who signed off on the requests in the first place. Bankrupting and ruining a few of them might make the rest think about their responsibilities for the first time in their careers.<\/p>\n In closing, I would like to say \u201cHI\u201d to all those people at the NSA who are no doubt looking at the underlying code of this web site searching for anything that might be construed as a plot against the United States. You want to know something you morons? If you want to stop plots, maybe you out to try doing your jobs and looking at places like the Middle East, Russia, China, you know, places and group that actually are plotting against us. Yes I know, it means you actually have to work, but just think about this. What if, instead of trying to figure out what I\u2019m doing, you actually catch someone trying to bring a nuke into this country with plans to blow New York off the map? (No great loss I think, but it would mean we would have to do something really nasty to the Middle East)<\/p>\n Hmm, I wonder how many key words are in this post that trips the NSA filters?
