I wrote a rather long post<\/a> on how CO2 levels really aren’t increasing. Well, it looks like more shoes are dropping on the AGW fraudsters.<\/p>\n

I was reading USENET and someone put up a link to James Delingpole’s latest Telegraph column<\/a>. The column refers to an email that is being sent around to Michael Mann’s colleagues Penn State University.<\/p>\n

Now for those of you who have been living in a cave, Michael Mann is the inventor of the Hockey Stick curve that purported to show that atmospheric temperatures were skyrocketing, and that it was caused by people driving SUV’s.<\/p>\n

Mr. Delingpole’s column refers to a new site called CLIMATEGATE<\/a>. The column there written by John O’Sullivan <\/em>talks about former CIA agent Kent Clizbe sending the following email to Mr. Mann’s associates:<\/p>\n

Attorney Literally \u201cWrote the Book\u201d on Fraud Recovery Lawsuits
\nJoel Hesch, Esq., of Hesch and Associates, literally wrote the book on how to report federal fraud.\u00a0 He has an extensive background in representing whistleblowers in all types of federal funding fraud cases, including Educational\/ Research Grant Fraud.\u00a0 According to Mr Hesch: \u201cMany institutions receive grants, whether for research or educational purposes. When they lie to get the grant or keep the grant or if they use the funds for purposes outside the grant, they are liable under the DOJ program. There have been many grant cases brought by whistleblowers. \u201d<\/p>\n
