Happy New Year everyone. 2013 is now history and we are now at the beginning of a brand new year. This year is also an election year for members of the House and Senate as well as various state offices. I will, of course be talking about that as the year progresses.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Last year was finally the year that most people understood what Barack Hussein Obama is. A flat out liar and a tyrant who cares nothing for the Constitution and the rule of law. Multiple scandals finally broke into the consciousness of a fair number of the low information voter class and they aren’t happy. It has come out that Obama and Hillary Clinton, along with other, lied about what happened and and continue to do so to this day.<\/p>\n

The IRS was found to be targeting conservative groups in actions so blatant that in any other time, people would already be on trial. Edward Snowden, a contractor for the NSA walked out with a large amount of information showing just how out of control that agency is. Several senior members lied under oath to congress during testimony. Then we had the Justice Department spying on reporters and threatening them with prosecution.<\/p>\n

And finally, we have the debacle that is Obamacare. October 1st was the day it went live and it completely crashed and burned. Five million people to date have lost their insurance and the new Obamacare insurance has turned out to be so bad as to be worthless. People refused to sign up in droves. It was this fiasco that finally drove home to many people what I and others had been warning for so long. Obama and the Democrats lied about every single aspect of the Affordable Care Act.<\/p>\n

\"Obama<\/a><\/p>\n

We saw Obama and the Democrats in utter panic over Obamacare and just how many people wanted it repealed. In a few cases, Democrats who are up for reelection this year pulled the ejection handle and bailed out rather then deal with the electorate. We also saw how Obama would simply ignore the laws when they were politically inconvenient to him and literally rule by decree.<\/p>\n

We also saw how feckless and cowardly the senior members of the Republican party have become. Open political warfare has started inside the Republican Party between the establishment Republicans and the Tea Party and conservative groups. This year will prove interesting for the Republican Primaries as more and more people, fed up with the establishment groups running the Party start challenging the long term party elites who have lost touch not only with their constituents, but in many cases, reality as well.<\/p>\n

\"man<\/a><\/p>\n

We also saw a cable network try to censor one of their most popular reality show stars because he believes in and follows the Bible. A small activist group tried to destroy the man when he simple, if rather crudely, referred to how the Bible disapproves of homosexuality. We saw how the fans of the show in their millions literally melt the networks phone system with their support of Phil Robertson. In the end, they caved in and restored Mr. Robertson to his show.<\/p>\n

And we may have finally seen the end of the Global Warming hysteria. In two cases this year, Global Warming believers, thinking that since they believed the Earth was burning up, it must be so, do things that put their lives and the lives of others in jeopardy. The first case was a group who decided that the Northwest Passage must be free of ice because they said it was, and then try to sail through it with everything from yachts to jet skis. These people were shocked when it turned out that the passage was not free of ice and ended up frozen in. Not to be outdone, another group took a ship to the Antarctic, again believing that the ice was gone, and even now are frozen in so tight that ice breakers were unable to reach them. With supplies running short, the passengers will have to be evacuated when and if the weather breaks.<\/p>\n

\"Al-Gore<\/a><\/p>\n

2013 was an eventful year. 2014 will be the year we determine if the United States is to continue to be a going concern, or if the Great Experiment will be declared a failure. In 2013, Radio talk show host and writer Mark Levin published a book titled “The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic<\/a>\"\"” The book provided a list or proposed amendments to the Constitution of the United States and how to go about bypassing Congress and calling for a Constitutional Convention. The book has been on the Best Seller lists for months and a number of state legislators are actively looking into using Mark Levin’s proposed Amendments as a starting point to reign in the Federal Government.<\/p>\n

\"Stock<\/a><\/p>\n

The elections in November as well as the primaries and caucuses for both parties will be critical in how things proceed for this country. Will the Constitution and the rule of law prevail, or are we going to slip fully into tyranny. Consider this. When was the last time you heard someone refer to America as a free country?<\/p>\n
