The set up was simple. Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal was on a train platform holding a press event to speak about being aware of your surroundings and being safe. Unfortunately, Senator Blumenthal doesn\u2019t seem to practice what he preaches. Observe.<\/p>\n
