Good day all. Other then commenting on on the relief<\/a> of the South St. Louis County Police last week, I haven\u2019t said anything about the officer involved shooting of Michael Brown. My reasoning is simple. I didn\u2019t have enough information to make an informed comment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now, if you have been following this, and frankly, you would have to be living in a cave not to know something about this mess, you will have watched the complete ineptitude of the Main Stream Media. Here is what I think I know at this moment. Apparently, Michael Brown strong armed a shop keeper and stole some tobacco products. This was caught on tape.<\/p>\n

Brown and his compatriot were then observed by officer Darren Wilson walking down the middle of the street. Wilson pulled up to the pair and then apparently drove on. I don\u2019t know at this point what was said. I will surmise he was telling the two to get out of the road. At this point he did not know that a robbery had taken place. As Wilson was starting to drive, he appears to have received the report called in to 911 by one of the workers at the store. Brown matched the description and Wilson turned around to confront the two.<\/p>\n

Now things get a little confusing. It seems that as Wilson tried to get out of his car, Brown attacked him and forced him back. It also appears that Brown punched Wilson several times in the face. There are reports that Wilson either drew his gun or tried to and that Brown went for it. There are further reports that there may have been a discharge of this firearm in the car.<\/p>\n

At this point Brown then started walking away. Wilson seems to have exited the car and Brown then turned and charged him. Wilson fired at this point and Brown was hit six times including at least once in the head. Most of the shots fired at Brown appear to have hit him in the right arm along with the wounds to his head. As of this post, I have seen no reports on the ballistics or forensics of the incident. To my knowledge, the only report on the condition of Michael Brown\u2019s injuries were provided by a forensics pathologist hired by the family. His report did not substantiate or refute claims that Brown\u2019s hands were raised in a surrender position, but did refute reports that Brown had been shot in the back. Officer Wilson is reported to have suffered a fractured eye socket which would confirm reports of a struggle with Brown punching Wilson in the face and head at least once.<\/p>\n

You now know what I know about this incident. It\u2019s beginning to look more and more like Brown, attempting to avoid being arrested, attacked and seriously injuring Officer Wilson. If the evidence holds that Brown, when confronted by Wilson in the performance of his duties, turned and charged Officer Wilson with the intent further injuring and possibly disarming him, then Wilson acted in self defense. The injuries to his eye might explain the rather poor shooting. Officers and citizens are taught, if it becomes necessary to use lethal force, to aim at the center mass, not the arms or legs. If Officer Wilson was using a form of the Weaver Stance ((Weaver stance for handguns<\/a>)), and was in some pain from his injury, he may not have had a firm grip with both hands. In a right handed shooter, this may mean pulling a bit to his left. The injuries to Brown seem to be consistent with repeated shots and the gun \u201cwalking\u201d up the target from the recoil. Again, we must wait for the forensics and ballistics reports to be completed before we can make a judgment.<\/p>\n

This brings me to the title of this post. This is beginning to look like yet another George Zimmerman\/Trayvon Martin case. As you should recall, Zimmerman had an altercation with Martin and Martin then punched Zimmerman in the nose and proceeded to beat his had into a concrete sidewalk. Zimmerman was, as a CCW holder, carrying a gun and used it to save himself. Trayvon then became known as Trayoff.<\/p>\n

The local PD saw this as a clear cut case of self defense. However the racemongers started screaming and the Mostly Stupid Media, as is their usual way, ignored the facts and demanded Zimmerman be jailed for life and don\u2019t bother with a trial. Because of the pressure, the Governor of Florida appointed a special prosecutor to look into the case. She promptly indicted Zimmerman and went to trial where Zimmerman\u2019s lawyers not only proved he was innocent, but also showed what a corrupt and incompetent bitch, the prosecutor was. Zimmerman was quickly acquitted.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re now seeing the exact same things happening in Missouri. The Governor, (Democrat Moonbat), demanded the immediate prosecution of Officer Wilson. There have been nightly riots and now we have Eric Holder and his crew of clowns coming in. I\u2019ve heard that these Department of Justice Lawyers have already been torn to shreds in another case by a judge for their blatant prosecutorial misconduct ((Judge orders new trial for New Orleans police officers in post-Katrina shooting<\/a>)). So, what we have is the PLFD equivalent of the Grand Dragon and the rest of the KKK investigating a black officer who, after getting beaten, injured and was coming under a renewed attack, shot and killed Tom Metzger ((Thomas Linton “Tom” Metzger<\/a>)). In other words, there isn\u2019t going to be an honest investigation, only a judicial lynching.<\/p>\n

\"DOIJ\"<\/a>The facts of this incident will come out eventually. However, the racemongers led by Eric Holder and Barack Obama aren\u2019t going to let a little thing like facts get in the way of their railroading of Wilson. More and more it\u2019s looking like Michael Brown was not the fun loving tyke on his way to trade school and was just another thug who towered over his targets. As more and more information comes out, (Over the objections of Holder\u2019s Department of InJustice), the usual suspects are looking more and more like the moronic moonbats they are.<\/p>\n

The problem we now have is that way to many people have been letting the Urban Vermin of all skin tones get away with pretty much whatever they want. Unfortunately, most of of these thugs are of recent African decent, and demand that be given whatever they want. Free drugs, Obamaphones, money, housing, whatever. It\u2019s owed to them. I have news for these scum. People have had enough of their antics and it\u2019s only a matter of time before they and their supporters in the media and the government go one step to far. Then the body count starts.<\/p>\n

If Holder really wants to damp down the riots as well as insure a fair and honest investigation, he will send all his cronies and most of the FBI agents home. Leave a few there to work with the state investigators, and try doing his real job for once in his miserable life. We do not need a race war in this country.<\/p>\n
