Good day all. Late last week, the IRS announced that they had \u201cLost\u201d the email of another 5 people that the House is looking into. This is on top of all the other email that the \u201cdog ate\u201d by accident. This is, of course, nothing more then another attempt to cover up the massive abuse of power by the Internal Revenue Service. As you might expect, it isn\u2019t going over all that well. Here are some details from Fox News<\/a>:<\/p>\n

The IRS said Friday that it has lost emails from five other employees involved in congressional probes into the agency’s targeting of conservative groups, leading one top Republican to declare “this pattern must stop.” <\/i> The announcement comes after the agency said in June that it could not locate an untold number of emails to and from Lois Lerner, who headed the IRS division that processes applications for tax-exempt status. The revelation set off a new round of investigations and congressional hearings. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Pretty much everyone who has any experience with both the Government and Information Technology agrees that the claims to have \u201cLost the data due to computer crashes\u201d is a lie. This isn\u2019t stopping the IRS from saying \u201cOops I did it again!<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

On Friday, the IRS issued a report to Congress saying the agency also lost emails from five other employees related to the probe, including two agents who worked in a Cincinnati office processing applications for tax-exempt status. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"bullshit-meter\"<\/a> The IRS is demonstrating that it couldn\u2019t find it\u2019s backside with both hands, a mirror, radar and a bloodhound. Of course, YOU try this when they audit your tax returns. I\u2019m sure it will work just as well as it does with the House committee investigating this \u201cContinuing Criminal Enterprise.\u201d<\/p>\n

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, whose committee has been investigating the scandal, said the disclosure is yet another example of the Obama administration changing its story on the scandal. <\/i> “The IRS\u2019s ever-changing story is practically impossible to follow at this point, as they modify it each time to accommodate new facts,” Issa, R-Calif., said. “This pattern must stop.” <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Issa has been digging into this, but now I\u2019m saying that he\u2019s over his head. It\u2019s time for his committee to start looking at contempt of congress and perjury charges. (Lying to Congress) Even though having to get another criminal to actually prosecute, (That would be Eric Holder, the first Attorney General ever held in contempt of Congress), just putting it out the notices would put these weasels on notice that criminals charges are waiting for them at the end of the Obama Tyranny. I believe there are other things Congress can do including sending out their own security people to arrest the people they want to question, and who have been ducking or lying. (Don\u2019t hold me to this of course) Of course, the IRS has nothing to lose by doubling down and denying everything.<\/p>\n

The IRS blamed computer crashes for all the lost emails. In a statement, the IRS said all the crashes happened well before Congress launched the investigations. “Throughout this review, the IRS has found no evidence that any IRS personnel deliberately destroyed any evidence,” said the IRS statement. “To the contrary, the computer issues identified appear to be the same sorts of issues routinely experienced by employees within the IRS, in other government agencies and in the private sector.” <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"something-smells-fishy-and-it-certainly-isnt-fish\"<\/a> Bovine Droppings. Yes, systems crash. This is why you build in redundancy and backup systems. Considering the amount of money the IRS spends on IT, (I think I saw it was around $1 billion dollars), losing data should be impossible. No, I think someone went in and deliberately destroyed data and systems. Now, on the flip side, the Senate has issued their report completely clearing the IRS from any wrong doing. (Big surprise) In a report from the Washington Times<\/a>:<\/p>\n

The IRS<\/a>\u2019s internal auditor distorted the facts surrounding the IRS<\/a> tea party targeting scandal, leaving Americans with the impression that the tax agency went after conservative groups without also targeting liberal groups, the Senate\u2019s top investigative panel said Friday. <\/i> \u201cThe subcommittee found no evidence that political bias influences the decisions made by IRS<\/a> personnel,\u201d the report concluded. \u201cA review of nearly 800,000 pages of documents and nearly two dozen interviews produced no evidence of political bias influencing IRS<\/a> decision making about how to process [nonprofit] applications filed by conservative organizations, and no evidence that the IRS<\/a> singled out conservative groups for harsher treatment than other groups.\u201d <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gee, why am I not surprised that the Senate committee, which is controlled by Democrats, didn\u2019t find any evidence of abuse? Possibly because several members of that committee were the ones demanding the IRS suppress the Tea party groups?<\/p>\n

Sen. Carl Levin, chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, which wrote the report, has long questioned nonprofit groups\u2019 engagement in politics. Indeed, Republicans say Mr. Levin himself helped spark the targeting by requesting several years ago that the Obama administration look into nonprofit groups\u2019 political activities. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"Chesterton-Card\"<\/a> Carl Levin, Charles \u201cUpchuck\u201d Schumer and other members of the Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrats have been demanding almost from day one that the IRS and Justice departments do whatever it takes to crush the Tea Party and Constitutional Conservative groups. Schumer himself has demanded the outright suppression of the Tea Party by the IRS. They have been after these groups ever since the Citizens United decision<\/a> upheld the First Amendment rights of groups and corporations. Since the courts won\u2019t do the bidding of the Democrats, they have decided to try and amend the Constitution in such a way that it essentially guts the First Amendment. \"The-Good-Idea-Fairy-3\"<\/a> Granted, this amendment has zero chance of being ratified. However, the very fact that the Senate Democrats are even thinking about bringing this up should tell you just what they think of your individual liberty, freedom and your rights. Below is the text of the proposed amendment.<\/p>\n

“Section 1. To advance democratic self-government and political equality, and to protect the integrity of government and the electoral process, Congress and the States may regulate and set reasonable limits on the raising and spending of money by candidates and others to influence elections.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Section 2. Congress and the States shall have power to implement and enforce this article by appropriate legislation, and may distinguish between natural persons and corporations or other <\/b><\/p>\n

artificial entities created by law, including by prohibiting such entities from spending money to influence elections.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Section 3. Nothing in this article shall be construed to grant Congress or the States the power to abridge the freedom of the press.”.<\/b><\/p>\n

This proposed amendment might seem fine at first glance, but read it very carefully. The Government will decide who can spend money and in point of fact, who will even be allowed to speak regarding the elections. For instance, the section that says Congress and the states shall distinguish between a corporation and a natural person. There\u2019s a hole big enough to drive a Nimitz Class carrier<\/a> through. This proposed amendment basically says that the government can decide if you or I is a natural person or a corporation. It makes no mention of what is legally a corporation. It also doesn\u2019t take into account people, individual people, who incorporate for tax purposes. \"constitution-burning.jpeg\"<\/a> All you need to do is look at the list of supporters and cosponsers<\/a> of this proposed amendment. They are the most left wing anti-freedom statist members of congress, most of whom have never held a real job or done an honest days work in their lives. With a little luck, some of them will be forcibly retired this November. With statist, totalitarian thugs like these covering for them, is it any wonder that the IRS feels it can ignore the law and the constitution?<\/p>\n
