<\/a><\/p>\nThis has been a nonstarter for Americans and Lawful resident aliens going back to the Bush administration. People do not want to reward criminal behavior and letting millions of criminal aliens stay, rewards them and punishes those who followed the law and immigrated to the United States legally. There is also the issue of unemployed Americans, especially Americans of recent African decent. These criminals, once granted amnesty, are going to take the jobs that could have gone to the so called \u201cLower Classes.\u201d In other words, Obama is putting criminals ahead of Americans.<\/p>\n
Now, there is no doubt that the immigration system is one screwed up mess. A lot of this can be laid at the doorstep of Edward Moore \u201cDead Ted\u201d Kennedy. Back in 1965 he pushed through a bill which started the ball rolling for open borders ((Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965<\/a>)). The entire disaster that is the current immigration system, along with all the attempts at fixing it can be traced back to that stupidity.<\/p>\n Everyone agrees that the system as it now stands is broken. There have been years of discussion and debate on how to fix it. The problem is that to many groups are interested in fixing the problems for the wrong reasons. For businesses, they want a steady stream of cheap labor that they can exploit. They know that immigrants will work for a lot less money than Americans, and due to issues of language, can exploit and\/or outright cheat them.<\/p>\n For the political classes, primarily the Progressive Liberal Democrats, they see these people as a means to insure their personal political power. They want to use these people, who really have no interest in the United States other then as a means to improve their financial situation, to institute a one party state. Since these people come from countries that are totally corrupt, and they have no interest in assimilating, they can be easily bought and manipulated by the PLFD\u2019s. The PLFD\u2019s just raid the treasury and buy the votes of these people. That they aren\u2019t citizens, as we are finding out, means nothing to the PLFD\u2019s as long as they achieve their goals.<\/p>\n Then we have the various groups and organizations that purport to \u201cRepresent\u201d these people. What they actually represent is their bank accounts and they see getting millions of illegals into the country as a way to do this. Think ACORN ((Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now<\/a>)) before James O\u2019Keefe ((James E. O’Keefe III<\/a>)) managed to blow the whistle on their activities.<\/p>\n Now, in what amounts to a kick in the balls to Americans and Legal Resident Aliens, Obama has decided that he is going to, in violation of the Constitution, the laws of the United states and his Oath of Office, simply order that people in the United States illegally can stay and be given work permits and green cards. This will allow millions of criminals to stay in the United States and start getting jobs and benefits paid for you, the American taxpayer with an able assist from the Legal Resident Aliens who also pay taxes.<\/p>\n Obama is showing his megalomaniacal tendencies again. He knows this is wrong, in fact he has said so himself. He just doesn\u2019t care. In his mind, he can do no wrong, and he has decided that he wants to throw open the borders. His actions for the last few years have all been leading up to this. He\u2019s been reducing the ability of the Immigration and border security agencies from stopping the flow of criminals into the country. Now, he wants to end it all together.<\/p>\n The results of this, if allowed to happen, will be another rush for the border even bigger then the one that happened last summer when he prevented the Immigration services from first stopping and then deporting the thousands of underage illegals that were sent across the border. In fact, he did everything he could to hide those walking disease factories around the country, and now we have several epidemics running rampant throughout the country. You won\u2019t hear about them because the Obama Steno Pool won\u2019t report it. It makes Obama look bad after all.<\/p>\n Already, states are preparing to challenge Obama\u2019s Executive Order, once it\u2019s signed. The reason is simple. If Obama is allowed to do this, it will be the states, especially the ones along the border, that will have to pay for all the services these criminals will now be allowed to have. The influx of all the children last summer is already causing issues with school budgets.<\/p>\n Thousands of children, few, if any able to speak English, are now in American schools and require teachers that can speak their languages. Now, the children of Americans and legal resident aliens are suffering because the resources that should be going to them, are being used on people who should not be here.<\/p>\n Last night, I happened to see Bill O\u2019Reilly interviewing the governor-elect of Texas and current Texas Attorney General, Gregg Abbott. He stated that Texas was going to file a challenge against the EO if Obama issues it seeking an injunction to prevent it from being carried out. He mentioned Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution<\/a> which puts immigration law into the hands of Congress. According to Abbott, it is the Congress that makes the laws regarding immigration, and not the president. His job is to enforce the laws.<\/p>\n And here is where we are having the problem. Obama has refused to enforce the laws as passed by Congress, and has, in fact, either ignored them, rewritten them or refused to enforce them if they got in his way. With the conclusion of the recent election, Obama almost immediately started saying that if Congress didn\u2019t send him a bill on Amnesty that he liked, he would ignore them and do as he pleased. It seems that he is going to carry out this threat tonight.<\/p>\n The Republicans are once again showing their colors as cowards, and the Democrats, well, they\u2019re all for this sort of criminal activity as long as it benefits the Democrat Party. We have a member of congress who states outright that he represent illegal aliens over his actual constituency ((Search on Luis Gutierrez<\/a>)). What should be happening is that President Barack Obama should be facing a vote of impeachment in the House of Representatives for his ongoing lawless actions, followed by conviction in the Senate. It won\u2019t happen, even after he throws open the borders to an outright invasion for two reasons. The aforementioned Republican cowardice and the outright corruption of the Democrats.<\/p>\n People might be wondering why Obama is doing this. Not the amnesty so much, rather the abuse of his office. I think the reasons are complicated, but boil down to a deep hatred of the United States of America, it\u2019s institutions and our general way of life. Now that he has been repudiated again, he\u2019s decided to use his last two years to basically destroy the country he presides over. That is the mark of a megalomaniac. In his mind, he wants to punish America for refusing to bow to his views, wants and desires. The last world leader that I can think of who did something like this was Adolph Hitler. When the Allies crossed the Rhine and entered into Germany proper, Hitler issued the \u201cNero Decree. ((The Nero Decree (German: Nerobefehl)<\/a>))\u201d The only reason it wasn\u2019t carried out was the men responsible to carry out the destruction, refused to do it and lied to Hitler.<\/p>\n I have no doubt someone will take issue with what I have written, especially comparing one of the worst criminals in history with Adolph Hitler<\/i><\/span> Barack Obama. I suspect someone will scream out \u201cGodwin\u2019s Law!! ((Godwin’s Rule of Nazi Analogies<\/a>))\u201d and start calling me the usual names Moonbats love to use. I am not equating Obama and the Democrats with Nazi\u2019s, (although the only difference between them is body count), I\u2019m saying that to my unschooled eye, Obama has exactly the same mindset that Hitler had. That mindset is \u201cI\u2019m right, you are all wrong and anyone who opposes me is evil and must be destroyed!\u201d Tonight, we will see Obama carry out his threat and basically unleash his version of the Nero Decree on America. Hopefully, the new congress can finally put a stop to Obama\u2019s criminality.
