Good day all. With all the scandals and corruption coming out of the Obama regime, almost hourly, sometimes things are missed. In this case, it was how the Department of (In) Justice gave the go ahead to trade five terrorists, in violation of the law, for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl.<\/p>\n

The trade of five Taliban terrorists for Bergdahl, who deserted his post, caused an uproar in congress. Congress is supposed to be notified of these releases 30 days in advance. Now it’s come out that the Holder (In) Justice department once again gave cover to the Obama regime. Here are the details from Fox News:<\/p>\n

Eric Holder’s Justice Department green-lighted the decision not to notify Congress — as required by law — before the Pentagon traded five Taliban fighters for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl last year, the Obama administration’s point person on Guantanamo Bay policy testified Thursday.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Eric Holder has managed to utterly destroy the integrity of one of the most important agencies in the Federal Government. This is just the latest in a long list of criminal acts by him and his \u201cJustice\u201d Department.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the Senate Armed Services Committee, defense official Brian McKeon was questioned on what is still a sore spot for many members of Congress: that the administration went forward with the Taliban-Bergdahl swap without giving Congress the typically required 30-day notification.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sore spot? Who cares? You pinheads have abrogated your constitutional duties. If you morons were actually concerned about what the Obama Crime Syndicate has been doing for the last six years, he would have been impeached and removed from office some time ago.<\/p>\n

Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., asked McKeon why Congress was not informed, “as per the statutes.”<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I know the answer to this. Congress is not important and doesn’t need to be consulted at all when King Putt wants to do something. Of course, that wasn’t the answer that you got from the DOiJ.<\/p>\n

McKeon said he understands the Department of Justice and the department’s general counsel “interpreted the president’s powers because of the security risks and safety of Sergeant Bergdahl necessitated proceeding without the 30-day notice.”<\/i><\/p>\n

The rationale squares with what administration officials claimed last year — that congressional notification could have risked jeopardizing the fast-moving negotiations to secure Bergdahl’s freedom.<\/i><\/p>\n

The reality is that if Congress had been informed as required by law, they would have looked into how Bergdahl came to be in the hands of the Taliban and probably put a stop to the trade. Of course, releasing these terrorists is all part of the \u201cGrand Plan\u201d by Il Douche to close down the prison at Guantanamo Bay.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, McKeon made clear at Thursday’s hearing that the push to close Guantanamo Bay’s prison camp is moving forward, despite lawmakers’ lingering security concerns — most recently, over a member of the “Taliban 5” apparently trying to make contact with the Taliban, while under supervision in Qatar. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

McKeon stressed that the administration considers it a national security priority to close the camp, in part because it is used by extremists to incite violence.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He pointed to the recent execution of Jordanian and Japanese hostages by Islamic State terrorists. He said it is “no coincidence” that the videos showed the victims — one of whom was burned alive, the other of whom was beheaded — in orange jumpsuits, like those once worn by detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Such jumpsuits were also worn at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Listen you scumbag. Whether or not you want to admit it, we are at war with Islam, and have been for over 1000 years. They have a goal, and that goal is world domination and the annihilation of all opposition to Islam. When that SCoaMF, Obama, tried to use the Crusades as a reason why Islamic terrorists were coming after us, historians showed just why the crusades were initiated in the first place. It was due to Islam’s attempt to conquer the then known world. Look at maps of the middle east up until about 15th<\/sup> century that Islam was rolled back out of Europe. At one point they controlled almost all of Spain, and had taken over Sicily and parts of Italy. It wasn’t until the Battle of Vienna<\/a> that the Islamic Empire was stopped and rolled back.<\/p>\n

Now, they are trying again and unless we fight back and hard, we will lose. Obama, Holder and the entire world Progressive Movement is stupidly misunderstanding the threat we face. This is no different than what the world faced when Hitler and the Nazi’s began their plans for world domination. It took 6 years and 60 million lives to stop that evil. This time, if we allow things to proceed unchecked, the death toll will be in the billions. It’s time for Congress to stop pussyfooting around and start reasserting their constitutional duties, and if that means appointing a special investigator and going after Obama and his minions, then so be it.<\/p>\n
