Thanks to the utter incompetence of anyone working for the Obama regime, the roll-out of the Affordable Care Act, normally referred to as \u201cObamacare\u201d and more recently \u201cSCOTUScare,\u201d was an unmitigated disaster. I’ve gone over that mess previously and there is no reason to review that. However, this report indicates that when a fake applicant is discovered, not mush is being done about it. Here are the details from The Hill<\/a>:<\/p>\n Eleven fictitious people created as part of an undercover watchdog effort were able to automatically re-enroll in ObamaCare coverage, a new report finds.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The report, from the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office, follows up on a GAO report last year. That report found that 11 of 12 fictitious people, with fake documents, were able to successfully enroll in ObamaCare coverage through the federal HealthCare.gov marketplace. <\/i>The follow-up report, released by<\/a> congressional Republicans on Wednesday, finds that those 11 fictitious people were able to maintain their coverage through the end of 2014 and then were automatically re-enrolled for 2015. Some were re-enrolled even though no additional documentation was provided. The marketplace later terminated coverage for six of the 11 people. But the GAO was able to reinstate five of the six fictitious applicants by calling the marketplace. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Why, WHY is this happening? Why aren’t these phony applications being caught?<\/p>\n \u201cThe CMS document-verification process is not designed to identify fraudulent applications,\u201d the GAO report states, referring to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The GAO found the contractor that handles ObamaCare application documents is not required to look for fraud, only to inspect to make sure documents have not obviously been altered. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Obamacare is a disaster, one that will destroy the health care system. The authors of this mess really wanted a single payer system such as Great Britain’s National Health Service. The problem with that is no one here wants that, except the fascist elites in the Democrat party, the socialists, (But I repeat myself), and people to stupid to think for themselves.<\/p>\n The system we had prior to the roll out of Obamacare had issues, some of them major. However, those issues could have been corrected far more easily and a lot cheaper then what the Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrats shoved down America’s throat.<\/p>\n Every day seems to bring out yet another massive failure in this salute to totalitarianism, and yet the RINO’s are to afraid to actually do anything about it. It might cost them a few seats. The PLFD’s don’t care if Obamacare collapses. It will only mean they can institute even more controls over the American people.<\/p>\n Many won’t remember, but when Cankles Clinton was put in charge of the last attempt to destroy the healthcare system, it was even worse then what we have now. It would literally forbid the private practice of medicine and throw doctors and patients in prison.<\/p>\n Hillarycare was defeated in Congress. Obamacare, (Also known as SCOTUScare), was passed without a single republican vote and using massive parliamentary tricks and outright bribes to specific senators and congressmen. (The Louisiana Purchase, Marianne Landrieu, The Cornhusker Kickback<\/a>, Ben Nelson and many \u201cgoodies to Big Labor)<\/p>\n The fact that Obamacare was opposed by the majority of the voters then, and is hated and despised by an even larger majority means nothing to these clowns. After this thing was rammed through, the voters went after their \u201crepresentatives\u201d and retired them. Others, seeing the writing on the wall, decided not to run rather then face a humiliating defeat.<\/p>\n Obamacare is starting to circle the drain, and when it finally collapses, there will be nothing to replace it. (Not that it should be replaced) Obama and the Democrats will not allow this disaster to be carefully unwound in a way that will minimize the damage that will happen when it does collapse in the next 5-10 years.<\/p>\n When that happens, millions of people will find they have no insurance, Medicare and Medicade are gone and doctors will no longer take patients unless they pay cash. We’re already seeing the rise of \u201cConcierge Physicians<\/a>\u201d now.<\/p>\n If Cankles manages to sleaze her way into the White House, I fully expect her to move to make all medical personnel, (Doctors, nurses, etc), government employees with all the horrors that will entail. No one would be allowed to practice privately and those that try will be jailed.
