This time, he has dropped all pretenses of asking for \u201cCommon Sense\u201d measures and has now indicated he wants to do what was done to gun owners in Australia and Great Britain. Outright confiscation. Here are the details from the Washington Times<\/a>:<\/p>\n President Obama is finally out in open as an advocate not of gun control, but of eliminating guns in the hands of the people. The White House<\/a> announced Monday that the president is working on executive orders to do what Congress won\u2019t. Mr. Obama would eviscerate the Second Amendment to accomplish his goal of disarming ordinary law-abiding Americans. He is determined not to let the tragedy in Oregon go to waste.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Barack Obama, along with every single Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrat, have long been interested in seizing all the privately held firearms in the United States. The flat out don’t care what the Constitution says regarding the matter, (Basically that the individual has the right to keep and bear arms), and will consider sending out federal agents to kick in doors and search people’s homes. Now they aren’t even pretending that they aren’t interested in taking away people’s firearms.<\/p>\n In a few short sentences, he validates every fear of those who believe the president, who said earlier that he wanted only \u201ccommon sense\u201d restrictions on the ownership of guns, was actually advocating the first steps to confiscation. His critics argued that he and his congressional allies, particularly Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, were out to establish a federal gun registry, which would lead to confiscation here, as it has in other places.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Obama has reached the point where he doesn’t care what people think. He wants to have his legacy. Of course, the fact that his legacy has already been written as the most corrupt, incompetent and tyrannical president in American history probably isn’t what he has in mind. For years he and the other PLFD’s have denied that they were planning on a gun confiscation plan.<\/p>\n The president and his defenders scoffed, reminding everyone that Mr. Obama declared during the 2012 campaign that he not only believes in the right of Americans to keep and bear arms, but promising in paid advertisements, that he would \u201cnever take your guns.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Now, exploiting the tragedy in Oregon and the mourning for the innocents everywhere, he makes his meaning clear. \u201cWe know other countries in response to one mass shooting have been able to craft laws that almost eliminate mass shootings,\u201d he said last week. \u201cFriends of ours, allies of ours, Great Britain, Australia, countries like ours. So we know there are ways to prevent it.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n As usual, the SCoaMF<\/a> gets even that wrong. He might want to take a look at Anders Behring Breivik<\/a>, who gunned down 77 people in Norway.<\/p>\n Violent crime in national \u201cgun free zones\u201d in both Britain and Australia has increased since these restrictions were put in place, leaving the unarmed Britons and Australians without guns to defend themselves.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n In Britain, since people don’t have access to guns, they’ve started using knives. Do you recall the member of the \u201cReligion of Peace\u201d (My Ass), who cut the head off a British soldier<\/a> on the street. Knife attacks are skyrocketing over there.<\/p>\n Hillary Clinton, to no one\u2019s surprise, joins Mr. Obama\u2019s scheme. She says the U.S. Supreme Court was wrong to uphold the right of Americans to own guns, and if she makes it to the White House<\/a> she will see to it that the Supreme Court reverses its decision to uphold the Second Amendment. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Gee, what a surprise. Of course, as we’ve seen over the last few decades, the laws and the Constitution mean nothing to the Clinton Crime Family. Stacking the courts and then rigging a challenge is part and parcel for the PLFD’s. What these moonbats and tyrants have forgotten is the actual execution of their plan.<\/p>\n Who is going to go out and round up the guns? Do they expect people to just hand them in? If they actually think that, then the Liberal Democrats have become utterly delusional. (Yes I know, but this would confirm it) If President Cankles Hildebeast issued an order to the Department of Homeland Security to go out and start confiscating guns, she would see an instant 50 percent or more drop in the number of available federal agents. Most would resign.<\/p>\n Why you ask? Several reason, the chief among them being, they don’t want to get shot. The moment the Federal Government began trying to round up guns, people would start shooting back. Let’s do a little math, okay? There are perhaps 500,000 or so federal law enforcement officers in the United States. There are at least 350 million guns of all types in private hands. Fully half the population is armed. It would be a bloodbath.<\/p>\n Here’s a dirty little secret regarding law enforcement officials at all levels of government. Most of them are really lousy shots. (Not all of course, but most) On average, they might fire 200-500 rounds a year at a shooting range. Compare that with your average citizen gun owner. He or she might shoot that much in a month, probably even more. If people started fighting back, the results for the Federal forces would make the British retreat from Lexington and Concord<\/a> like a nice walk on a pleasant spring day.<\/p>\n If you tell this to a moonbat, they will simply say \u201cWell you can’t fight the Army. They have tanks and planes and bombs.\u201d This assumes that the military would follow an order to violate the constitutional rights of Americans. Assuming they would, you need to look at the numbers again. There are about 2 million men and women in the military Perhaps 50-100,000 are actual \u201ctrigger pullers.\u201d (Infantry) They are going to be outnumbered from the start by people who know how to shoot with generally heavier weapons.<\/p>\n This doesn’t include little problems like a fair number of those troops deserting and taking their gear with them, or veterans who have recently been discharged putting their uniforms back on and infiltrating the bases to cause mischief. Deploying troops in a law enforcement role would indicate that the current administration was no longer governing the United States, but was now ruling it.<\/p>\n Of course, ruling the country is what the Democrats have wanted to do since at least the Wilson Administration. Barack Obama is just the most blatant about doing it. Removing all firearms in private hands is the first step in the autocratic plans of the Democrats and their statist fellow travelers.<\/p>\n If Obama and the others were to actually try something like this, then the \u201cBad Times\u201d will have started. If the Liberals think they will win in such a case, they had better think again. Civil wars are not pretty and the moonbats and social justice Warriors would take a beating.<\/p>\n Obama might try his usual executive order route. It would be in keeping with his \u201cI am the King\u201d attitude. The courts will slap him down once again, and good luck getting the alphabet soup of federal law enforcement agencies to actually enforce it.
