Or, \u201cStick the fork in, Jeb’s done. Greetings all. I’ve been reading the reviews of last night’s CNBC GOP debate and it’s been amusing. First, everyone agrees that the so called \u201cModerators\u201d were nothing more than shills for the Democrat Party.<\/p>\n

\"Jeb<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Several of the debaters blasted the moderators for their obvious biases. The other big loser was Jeb Bush. All across the Interwebtubes, pundits are generally in agreement that Bush is toast. Actually a lot are saying he is burned toast. Personally, from what I’ve been reading, he’s toast on fire.<\/p>\n

As you might have gathered from my writing, I didn’t watch the debate. I watched Green Arrow instead and then read a book. The debates have been, in my opinion, almost a complete waste of time and bandwidth for both parties. The Republican debates have at least been entertaining to some extant, while the Democrat debate was basically \u201cWe love you Hillary! We don’t care how many people you had killed, how much money in bribes you’ve taken or how inept and incompetent you are. We want you!!\u201d<\/p>\n

\"eye<\/a><\/p>\n

The winners appear to have been the non-establishment candidates with Ted Cruz, and Donald Trump doing fairly well. Marco Rubio had an excellent night as well I understand, especially after Juan! Ernesto Arbusto landed a hard faceplant into a landmine with his attack on Rubio’s voting record. This was a failed attack on Rubio based on an editorial by the Sun Sentinal<\/a> yesterday that called for Rubio to resign for \u201cNot doing his job in the Senate.\u201d The attempt to land a political blow on Rubio failed utterly and it looks like it finished off Bush instead.<\/p>\n

\"holes\"<\/a><\/p>\n

My guess is that the money taps for Bush’s campaign, which have been slowing down the last few weeks will come to a complete halt. Bush has already started shrinking his campaign<\/a> due to lack of money. I’d bet that Bush will announce that he is \u201csuspending his campaign,\u201d (the politically correct way of saying \u201cI can’t win so I quit\u201d), within the next 4-6 weeks.<\/p>\n

When Bush finally sees the light and pulls the plug, it will bring an end to the Bush’s influence on the Republican party. An influence that has been gawd awful. It will also begin the process of driving a stake through the Establishment RINO wing of the GOP and not a moment to soon. I suspect that if the nominee is either Trump or Cruz, the RNC is going to get a well deserved house cleaning in the years to come. Considering the decades of failures they’ve been responsible for, it won’t happen soon enough for me.<\/p>\n
