The day after the Islamic terror attack in San Bernardino, Lynch said she would prosecute anyone uses anti-Muslim speech that could edge towards violence. Here are the details from the Daily Wire<\/a>:<\/p>\n The day after a horrific shooting spree by a “radicalized” Muslim man and his partner in San Bernardino, California, Attorney General Loretta Lynch pledged to a group of Muslim activists that she would take aggressive action against anyone who used “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.”<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Edges toward violence? And pray tell what is the definition of \u201cEdges toward?\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking to the audience at the Muslim Advocate’s 10th anniversary dinner Thursday, Lynch said her “greatest fear” is the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric” in America and vowed to prosecute any guilty of what she deemed violence-inspiring speech. She said: <\/i><\/p>\n \u201cThe fear that you have just mentioned is in fact my greatest fear as a prosecutor, as someone who is sworn to the protection of all of the American people, which is that the rhetoric will be accompanied by acts of violence. My message to not just the Muslim community but to the entire American community is: we cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n Ok, I may be mistaken, but it sounds like Attorney general Lynch isn’t talking about prosecuting someone who acts in a criminal manner, but will prosecute someone for saying something that Muslims may find offensive. That sounds like a pretty big violation of the First Amendment to me. However, I could be wrong.<\/p>\n Claiming that violence against Muslims is on the rise and citing France’s clamp down on potentially radicalized mosques, Lynch suggested the Constitution does not protect “actions predicated on violent talk” and pledged to prosecute those responsible for such actions. <\/i><\/p>\n \u201cWhen we talk about the First Amendment we [must] make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not American,” said Lynch. “They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted.”<\/i><\/p>\n Yep, sounds like she intends to go after anyone who badmouths Muslims and someone happens to burn a mosque down. It doesn’t sound like she is going after the arsonist so much as someone else who said \u201cWe should burn the mosques down\u201d and then doesn’t do anything. Considering this statement, I would expect nothing less from this totalitarian twat.<\/p>\n Assuring the pro-Muslim group that “we stand with you,” Lynch said she would use her Justice Department to protect Muslims from “violence” and discrimination.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n And what about everyone else? Is protecting Christians, Jews, Sikhs, Wiccans or Druids from Muslim terrorists anywhere on your list?<\/p>\n “My message not just to the Muslim community but to all Americans is \u2018We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on,'” said Lynch.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n I guess the answer is no. Loretta Lynch will use the Department of InJustice to go after anyone who says anything negative about Islam. Going after Islamic terrorists? That doesn’t seem to be on the To Do list. I wonder what else is on her list?<\/p>\n Loretta Lynch, at a press conference yesterday, termed the San Bernardino shootings a “wonderful opportunity” to change the nature of police work:<\/i><\/p>\n We\u2019re at the point where these issues have come together really like never before in law enforcement thought and in our nation\u2019s history and it gives us a wonderful opportunity and a wonderful moment to really make significant change.<\/i><\/p>\n As we all expected, we have Eric Holder in drag. Per her Lord and Master, King Putt the Inept, there will be no such thing as Islamic terrorism and anyone who claims such a thing is to be jailed. I really feel sorry for the next Attorney General, (unless the president is Cankles).
