The video, which as I mentioned, has gone viral brought shock to the halls of the Ivy League school with denials by the administration. Here are the details from Fox News<\/a>:<\/p>\n Members of the Yale University community on Thursday responded with a mix of embarrassment, sadness and literal disbelief to a viral video showing students there freely signing a petition that calls for the repeal of the First Amendment. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIt numbs the mind that dozens of Yale students could sign a petition to revoke the First Amendment,\u201d freshman Grant Richardson wrote FoxNews.com in an email. \u201cBesides the fact that the First Amendment lists the most fundamentally important rights we hold as Americans, it is rather embarrassing to think Yalies could not see the irony that they were petitioning away \u2013 their right to petition.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n What did you expect? For nearly 50 years, the collages and universities have been doing everything they could to end the American Republic. Right off the bat, they long ago stopped teaching the Constitution, why it was written, what it means, and why it is unique in the world.<\/p>\n Richardson, responding to a video by filmmaker and satirist Ami Horowitz that first aired on FoxNews.com Wednesday, said he hopes the actions of those shown in the video don\u2019t reflect on him or many other students. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIt is mortifying to think that family, friends and future employers could equate such behaviors to Yale, and by extension, to me,\u201d he said. \u201cI can only hope that my fellow students were answering in jest.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n You can hope all you want, but watching the video shows what these empty headed progressives truly think of the freedoms we now have. In fact, rather than talk about, see for yourselves.<\/p>\n [youtuber youtube=’http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KJVZa9_Ha5c’]<\/p>\n As many people who actually think and study the history of the United States, all we can say is \u201cThe Stupid, it Burns!\u201d<\/p>\n And speaking of stupid, the one group you would think would be deep into teaching the Constitution, the Yale Law School, would be upset at the stupidity of the Yale Student Body.<\/p>\n A member of the Yale Law School faculty also responded to the video, and wasn\u2019t happy with what he saw. <\/b><\/p>\n As well he should be.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a sad commentary on the present state of public opinion,\u201d said Professor Bruce Ackerman. \u201cThis is a moment at which fundamental principles are under assault from both the left and the right.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Actually, it’s mostly from the left that we’re seeing the attacks on the Constitution. There are some on the right, but no where near as many. However, Professor Ackerman promptly stuffs his head up his posterior with this statement.<\/p>\n But Ackerman said he also felt the First Amendment debate wasn\u2019t as important as more pressing issues. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIt does not remotely pose the same danger as the support of all Republican candidates, with the exception of Rand Paul, for President Obama\u2019s unilateral war against ISIS in plain violation of the Constitution,\u201d Ackerman said. <\/b><\/p>\n Dear stupid. They are at war with us. In fact, Islamic terrorists have been killing Americans since the fall of the Shah of Iran. And if you want to get historical about it, Islam has been at war with everyone who isn’t Muslim since, oh, I don’t know, since Muhammad was molesting 9 year old girls? But then, the Progressive Fascist Liberal Elites like Ackerman, deep down despise the United States and the Western World.<\/p>\n That part of the professor\u2019s response didn\u2019t sit well with Horowitz. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThis is exactly part of the problem. Why would Yale students, or university students anywhere in this country, feel a fidelity to our fundamental beliefs, when their professors try to shoehorn in anti-American sentiment at every opportunity?\u201d he told FoxNews.com. <\/b><\/p>\n As you might expect, the Yale Administration is in total denial over what was shown in the video.<\/p>\n Yale University\u2019s spokesman had a very different reaction to the video, essentially saying he did not believe the accuracy of what he saw. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThere are a number of heavily edited prank videos like this one circulating lately in which someone surreptitiously records people while pretending to support a position that they actually oppose, and trying to get the individuals they speak with to agree with them,\u201d Tom Conroy wrote in an email. \u201cI have to acknowledge that I don\u2019t take them seriously as an accurate representation of what every person interviewed or shown in the videos believes.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Sorry Charlie, but everyone else does believe it represents the current views of way to many of the students. Why? People watch the news and see collages such as the University of Missouri where a member of the faculty calls for some thugs to come over and beat the tar out of someone who is supporting the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. And then there is video itself.<\/p>\n In the video, in which he is shown clearly explaining to several students that the petition calls for repeal of the First Amendment, Horowitz said he was able to quickly collect nearly 60 signatures in less than an hour. Among those who signed were students who appeared to enthusiastically support the abolition of their First Amendment rights. <\/b>\u201cI think it\u2019s really awesome that you\u2019re out here,\u201d one man says in the video.<\/b><\/p>\n Thanks to these \u201cCenters of higher education,\u201d we are turning out a generation of utter idiots who have no idea of what this country is about. They have been taught since grade school that America is always wrong, that Americans are evil and that if we simply didn’t exist, the world would be a better place.<\/p>\n Well, we’ve just gone through close to 8 years of that experiment. Obama has refused to deal with the evil in this world, and in many cases has embraced it. God help these Precious Snowflakes if we lose one or more cities to an Islamic nuclear attack.
