Good day all. If you’re working in the United States, or like myself, trying to find work, you know that the economy sucks. If you’re Obama or a Democrat, then the economy is going great guns!<\/p>\n

The updated third quarter report was released and for the tenth year in a row, the economy grew at less than 3 percent. Here are the details from Market Watch<\/a>:<\/p>\n

The economy expanded a touch slower in the third quarter than previously reported, revised government figures show, but the path of growth is still the same: The U.S. running well below the historical norm more than six years into a recovery.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And as most Americans are saying, \u201cWhat recovery?\u201d<\/p>\n

Gross domestic product \u2014 the sum of all the activity in an economy \u2014 increased at a 2% annual pace from July to September, according to the government\u2019s latest update. Previously the Commerce Department had said the U.S. grew at a 2.1% rate after a 3.9% increase in the second quarter.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The people at the Commerce Department have been revising downward their reports for a very long time now. So what is the excuse<\/i><\/span> reason are they using this time?<\/p>\n

The slight downgrade was triggered by a larger trade deficit and a smaller buildup in inventories than earlier estimates showed.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now here’s a question for you. Why aren’t stores buying more stuff to sell? Answer, because they don’t want to get stuck with it. People are not buying anything they don’t need.<\/p>\n

The U.S. expanded at a 2.2% rate through the first nine months of the year, and the economy is projected to grow at a similar pace in the fourth quarter that ends on Dec. 31. If so, the economy will have failed to reach 3% growth for the 10th straight year, marking the slowest stretch since the end of World War II.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Do you know who has been in control of the budget for the last 10 years? The Democrats. Now before you start yelling \u201cHey, wait just a cotton picking minute there Sparky. What about Bush? He was president for part of that time!\u201d<\/p>\n

The answer is yes he was, sort of. First, Bush, and you can pick the Bush you prefer, they’re all the same, had to deal with Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi after the 2006 midterm election. Also, with a few exceptions, there isn’t all that much difference between the Democrats and the Democrat Lites…I mean RINO…I mean Establishment Republicans such a Paul Ryan. Digging into the story, they put out a bunch of meaningless statistics, then they came up with this gem.<\/p>\n

The good news: Consumers are spending money at a more rapid pace, helped by strong job creation. That\u2019s what is mainly fueling growth since consumers account for more than two-thirds of economic activity.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Strong job creation? On what planet is this happening? It sure as shooting isn’t happening here. The last time I checked, fully 1\/3 of the population is out of a job or is doing a part time job and can’t find a full time job anywhere. The U6 rate, which is more accurate than the U2 crap Obama spews out, indicates that the unemployment rate is closer to 12 percent, not the 5 percent they’ve been crowing about.<\/p>\n

The economy sucks, and it sucks for a reason. The dead hand of government has crushed the small businesses that generate most of the jobs in this country. With Obamacare, the EPA, and the sheer incompetence of pretty much the entire government, I don’t see things getting any better anytime soon. So, from the Obama’s, the Congress, the two political parties and the federal bureaucracy, Merry Christmas suckers!<\/p>\n
