Good day all. Well it isn’t good at all. Justice Antonin Scalia has died at the age of 79. He was at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas and died of natural causes.<\/p>\n

What does this mean now? Barack Obama will appoint the next justice and if past history is any guide, it will be a hard left wing moonbat who holds the constitution in utter contempt. The court has been divided 5-4 on many cases, and if the next justice is as bad as the other left wing members of the courts, you will see the court move to strip rights such as the Second Amendment away from the people.<\/p>\n

Obama is no doubt rubbing his hands in glee at the possibilities. However, any appointment to the court will have to be approved by the Senate. Considering who is running the senate now, and his willingness to roll over for Obama at the drop of a hat, we are in big trouble.<\/p>\n
