Good day all. Yesterday I wrote about<\/a> failed presidential candidate Mittens Romney announcing that he was giving a major speech on Trump today. Well, he gave the speech and all he did was provide soundbites for Hillary Clinton.<\/p>\n

I was at a car dealer this morning having some work down to the Anger Central Primary Vehicle. (Recall notice on leaf springs) The deal has a cafe and I was up there having lunch when Romney unleashed his bitter whine towards Trump. This was just what I needed to see while I was trying to eat lunch.<\/p>\n

Romney failed as governor and failed twice running for president. He is a stereotypical Establishment RINO. The question people are asking, is \u201cWhat the Hell was the GOP(e) thinking when they sent out that failed milquetoast out to try and bring down Trump? Trump, as expected, returned fire this afternoon. Actually, Trump nuked Romney from orbit, not to be sure, but just for the fun of it. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Donald Trump answered Mitt Romney\u2019s public indictment Thursday of his front-running Republican bid by skewering the 2012 GOP presidential nominee as a \u201cfailed candidate\u201d who \u201clet us down\u201d with his loss to President Obama.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Romney was not my first choice for President, however I held my nose and pulled the lever for that spineless bowl of jello.<\/p>\n

Trump went on to call Romney disloyal, claiming he begged Trump for his endorsement the last time around. \u201cYou can see how loyal he is. \u2026 I could have said Mitt, drop to your knees, he would have dropped to his knees,\u201d Trump said. <\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That comment was a major hit with his audience. Some saw it as Romney begging for Trump\u2019s support, other took it to mean that Romney would have performed fellatio on Trump if he had to in order to get his endorsement.<\/p>\n

The party\u2019s 2012 presidential nominee issued a stark warning that Trump\u2019s policies would lead to recession and \u201cmake America and the world less safe\u201d — and said the \u201conly serious policy proposals\u201d are coming from the other Republican candidates on the field. <\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We are already in a recession. Truth be told, we never really got out of the one in 2008. The \u201cSerious proposals only coming from the other candidates? What are they please? Marco the Rubot\u2019s is open borders and amnesty from criminal aliens. The Hunchback of Ohio, (Kasich), seems to be…ummm…Actually I have no idea. Cruz has some ideas, a lot of them similar to Trumps. Now if only he were a natural born citizen…<\/p>\n

Romney also claimed Trump, if nominated, would enable Hillary Clinton to be elected president.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And Romney will do all that he can to insure that Hillary Clinton will be elected, even if he has to get down on his knees and confess to being totally responsible for all the classified messages on Cankles email server, and that Cankles knew nothing about it.<\/p>\n

During Mitten\u2019s televised whinefest, he listed a number of businesses of Trump\u2019s that failed. However, he neglected to mention all the companies that have gone belly up that were handled through Bane Capital when he was there. In fact, it was announced today that the Sports Authority chain has just filed for bankruptcy, one of the company\u2019s that Mittens company took over.<\/p>\n

To Romney\u2019s criticism of his business record, Trump said, \u201cI made so much more money than Mitt,\u201d and pointed to his successful ventures across New York City.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To say the least! Trump\u2019s worth billions. Romney…isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

The address earlier Thursday amounted to an astonishing full-court press by Romney to stop Trump from winning the party\u2019s nomination. Until now, Romney has mostly criticized Trump via Twitter and media interviews, but this is his most robust effort yet to rally the party and primary voters against the GOP front-runner.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And once again proved to the base that the GOP(e) only cares about themselves and doesn\u2019t care about anything the people want. Trump has brought in hundreds of thousands of new voters to the Republican party. Romney drove millions out, which is why we aren\u2019t referring to President Romney.<\/p>\n

Romney may think his diatribe will hurt Trump. In all probability, this will add another 5 points to Trump\u2019s poll numbers. I would have titled this post \u201cRomney Joins Pope in Endorsing Trump<\/a>!\u201d but the Diplomad<\/a> already took that one.<\/p>\n
