Hello all, this is the Angry Systems Administrator. Last night, Anger Central became unresponsive. It turns out the hosting facility we use came under a full blown Dedicated Denial of Service attack that took out all of their clients and their own web site.<\/p>\n

When I made my way into the office to find out what was going on, I also ran into an incredible smell. I\u2019ll talk about that mess in another post. In this case, our hosting service, Hosting Matters was taken down around 4am Eastern time this morning, and apparently came back up about an hour or so ago.<\/p>\n

The attack, as I mentioned, took out Hosting Matters and all of their other customers, not just Anger Central. In fact, the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler<\/a> was also taken down. We\u2019re back up and Hosting Matters is now running the forensics to find out what happened, and who did it.<\/p>\n
