Good day all. Every once in a while, we\u2019ve all had to dig through trash to find something that was thrown away accidentally. This is called \u201cDumpster Diving,\u201d referring to the large trash bins generally behind stores and restaurants.<\/p>\n

However, when people refer to dumpster diving, they generally don\u2019t mean literally diving into a dumpster, or in the case of this moron, diving naked into a garbage truck. Here are the details from The Smoking Gun<\/a>:<\/p>\n

A naked collegian apparently high on PCP jumped into the hopper of a garbage truck and fought with cops trying to extract him, according to a police report.<\/b><\/p>\n

Benjamin Abele, a 22-year-old University of Georgia senior, was arrested last Sunday morning after police had to tase him twice during a scuffle. When Abele was finally detained, he was drenched in a slippery, malodorous liquid that had pooled inside the truck\u2019s hopper.<\/b><\/p>\n

\"Manure\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised they hit him twice with a taser. I am surprised they only had to hit him twice. PCP, or Angel Dust as it\u2019s known on the street, is a powerful horse tranquilizer. People stoned on PCP have been shot multiple times and still not gone down, unless they were hit in the spine or the head. Now for details of what drew the attention of this stinky nitwit.<\/p>\n

As detailed in an Athens-Clarke County Police Department report<\/a>, an officer spotted Abele running naked on a downtown Athens street around 2:30 AM. The student then dove into the back of a city sanitation truck. <\/b><\/p>\n

Upon reaching the truck, the cop spotted Abele \u201claying in the contents of the hopper which consisted of bags of garbage and about six inches deep of dirty foul liquid seeping from the bags.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Abele, pictured here<\/a>, appeared unconcerned that he was basting in the vile juice<\/a>, cops noted. The student had a \u201cdazed look on his face and his eyes were completely dilated,\u201d which, an investigator \u201cimmediately recognized…as a possible manifestation of PCP impairment.<\/b><\/p>\n

At this point, the PCP kicked in and dumbass\u2019s brain went night night.<\/p>\n

Officers subsequently struggled with the slick student, who sought to burrow into the hopper. Police–worried that Abele could get lodged in a space that they could not reach–succeeded in placing a handcuff on one of his wrists and began to yank him from the hopper. <\/b><\/p>\n

When Abele punched and kicked officers, a cop tased the collegian to \u201clittle effect.\u201d<\/a> Abele was then pulled from the garbage truck and pinned to the ground by four officers. Since the 5′ 11″, 160-pound Abele was still \u201cthrashing\u201d and \u201cfighting with abnormal strength,\u201d he was tased a second time<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Honestly, they should have tossed him back in the garbage truck and started up the compactor.<\/p>\n

Abele was charged Friday with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, a felony, and public indecency, a misdemeanor. He was freed from custody after posting $16,000 bond.<\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that the felony charge will be dropped depending on how cooperative The Stupid One is. He obviously wasn\u2019t in his right mind due to the PCP, (Which is no excuse), but if this is a first offense, and he keeps his nose clean, they might let him go with community service. There is also the possibility that Abele didn\u2019t voluntarily take the PCP. He might have eaten or drank something that had it unknowingly. If that happened, (And I bet that\u2019s what his lawyer will say), then there is a good chance of the charges being dropped. In any case, we can hope this dimbulb has learned his lesson.<\/p>\n
