There are a few problems with this. First, there is no real mechanism or process to be removed from one of these lists, such as the \u201cNo Fly\u201d list or the \u201cTerrorist Watch List.\u201d In fact, most of the people on these lists don\u2019t know they\u2019re on one until the try to fly somewhere. There is also the problem of accuracy. As I mentioned in a post yesterday<\/a>, there are a lot of people who should not be listed who are.<\/p>\n The Democrats flat out don\u2019t care about those issues, and as far as they are concerned, Due Process and the 5th<\/sup> Amendment are a problem and should be done away with. This morning, Senator Joe Manchin, (D-WV) announced that he would like anyone who has ever been on one of these lists to be denied their rights for a period of 5 years.
