Trump\u2019s ideas are being referred to as \u201cExtreme Protectionist.\u201d This isn\u2019t accurate. Trump isn\u2019t utterly opposed to trading with other countries, he\u2019s just opposed to the fraudulent \u201cFree Trade\u201d agreements we\u2019ve been getting for the last 30 years. He wants to revisit them and see if they are a benefit to Americans.<\/p>\n
This brings us to Hillary Clinton. She has decided that attaching herself to the Anti-Globalist movement might help her win the election. However, this flies in the face of her history. She was the one, as Secretary of State, that started the Trans-Pacific Pact trade agreement talks. Now she\u2019s claiming she is opposed to them.<\/p>\n
This begs the question, if Hillary is now opposed to free trade, why is she being supported by all the rich globalists and the people on Wall Street? Here\u2019s what Fox News is saying<\/a>:<\/p>\n Hedge fund owners and employees have so far this election cycle contributed nearly $48.5 million for Hillary Clinton, compared to about $19,000 for Donald Trump, an indication that Wall Street is clearly backing the Democratic presidential nominee. <\/b><\/p>\n The total amount of such campaign contributions in 2016 is $122.7 million, twice as much as in the 2012 election cycle, according to a recent federal report analyzed by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics.<\/b><\/p>\n The reason Cankles is getting all the Wall Street money is simple. They know that she can be bought and that her current attacks on them are strictly for the sheeple in the Democrat Party. Once she\u2019s elected, she will join with the RINO\u2019s in Congress and continue to ship jobs out of the United States.<\/p>\n For nearly six months, Clinton primary rival Sen. Bernie Sanders railed against \u201cbig money\u201d in politics and vowed to \u201creform\u201d Wall Street, with an insurgent campaign that relied largely on small-dollar contributions.<\/b><\/p>\n Much as I disagreed with everything Cave In Bernie wanted, he would have done his best to ruin Wall Street, with the able assistance of Lie-a-watha Warren.<\/p>\n \u201cWith a political campaign finance system that is corrupt and increasingly controlled by billionaires and special interests, I fear very much that \u2026 government \u2026 is beginning to perish in the United States of America,\u201d Sanders said. \u201cWe cannot allow that to happen.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Cave In Bernie\u2019s first answer to everything is \u201cGovernment.\u201d As to money controlling the election system, that is accurate to a limited extent, but there is a caveat. If the candidate sucks, no amount of money will help. Just ask Jeb \u201cI blew $150 million\u201d Bush.<\/p>\n Cankles answer is to pass an amendment basically repealing the free speech sections of the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. Since she gets her money as \u201cSpeaking fees\u201d funding her campaign won\u2019t be that much of a problem.<\/p>\n In addition, Clinton, a former secretary of state and New York senator, has clear ties to Wall Street, with critics repeatedly pointing out that in recent years she has received $21 million in speaking fees from Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street firms.<\/p>\n Compare this with Donald Trump.<\/p>\n Trump, the Republican presidential nominee and wealthy businessman, largely self-funded his primary campaign, in an attempt to show voters that he couldn\u2019t be influenced by Washington or Wall Street money. <\/b><\/p>\n In addition, his vows to ends to what he considers unfair international trade deals appears to have sent Wall Street looking for another candidate, considering such deals have been largely profitable to U.S. investors. <\/b><\/p>\n And that is what\u2019s driving the Wall Street types nuts.<\/p>\n \u201cAt the very least, Wall Street doesn\u2019t like uncertainty,\u201d one investment banker recently told FoxNews.com. <\/b><\/p>\n Wall Street has been disconnected from the real world for 10-15 years, probably longer. All you need to do is watch all the movies that have been made regarding the 2008 collapse and what led up to it to see just how out of touch they are.<\/p>\n Then we have the revolving door between Wall Street and the Beltway. There\u2019s a reason no one went to jail after the 2008 collapse, even though there was evidence of criminal wrong doing.
