Well, the Times has issued an apology, of sorts, and is promising to do better, at getting a left wing criminal elected<\/i><\/span> being honest journalists, Here are some of the details on this from Fox News<\/a>:<\/p>\n The publisher of The New York Times penned a letter to readers Friday promising that the paper would \u201creflect\u201d on its coverage of this year\u2019s election while rededicating itself to reporting on \u201cAmerica and the world\u201d honestly. <\/b><\/p>\n Arthur O. Sulzberger Jr., the paper\u2019s embattled publisher, appealed to Times readers for their continued support. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe cannot deliver the independent, original journalism for which we are known without the loyalty of our subscribers,\u201d the letter states. <\/b><\/p>\n New York Post columnist and former Times reporter Michael Goodwin wrote<\/a>, “because it (The Times) demonized Trump from start to finish, it failed to realize he was onto something. And because the paper decided that Trump\u2019s supporters were a rabble of racist rednecks and homophobes, it didn\u2019t have a clue about what was happening in the lives of the Americans who elected the new president. <\/b><\/p>\n The New York Times, aka The New York Slimes, has a long history of ignoring anything out in what they refer to as \u201cFlyover country.\u201d They refuse to listen to anyone who might disagree with their ideas for how things are. Now, it\u2019s starting to hit their bottom line. Champagne and Caviar are expensive, and if the company folds, well they might actually have to get real jobs.<\/p>\n Sulzbergers letter was released after the paper\u2019s public editor, Liz Spayd, took the paper to task for its election coverage. She pointed out how its polling feature Upshot gave Hillary Clinton an 84 percent chance as voters went to the polls. <\/b><\/p>\n I wrote about just how accurate<\/a> the polls were this year yesterday. To put it bluntly, with few exceptions, the pollsters weighted<\/i><\/span> rigged their polls in favor of Clinton and the Democrats. Tuesday, they were bitten in the ass.<\/p>\n Spayd wrote, \u201cReaders are sending letters of complaint at a rapid rate. Here\u2019s one that summed up the feelings succinctly, from Kathleen Casey of Houston: \u201cNow, that the world has been upended and you are all, to a person, in a state of surprise and shock, you may want to consider whether you should change your focus from telling the reader what and how to think, and instead devote yourselves to finding out what the reader (and nonreaders) actually think.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n She wrote about another reader who asked that the paper should focus on the electorate instead of \u201cpushing the limited agenda of your editors.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cPlease come down from your New York City skyscraper and join the rest of us.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t just the New York Slimes that was hit in the back of the head by the results, it was most of the MSM, (Mostly Stupid Media), who were shocked, SHOCKED!, that the American voters ignored their words of wisdom and voted for Trump. I have no doubt, they\u2019re all sitting in very expensive wine bars, sipping Chablis and wondering what happened.
