And many liberal heads just went POP! Good day all. The United States Supreme Court has just reinstated key parts of President Trump\u2019s travel ban. They will hear the full appeal in the fall.<\/p>\n

This just happened, so the news is still catching up. Here are some of the details I have from Fox News<\/a>:<\/p>\n

In a victory for the Trump administration, the Supreme Court on Monday lifted key components of an injunction against President Trump’s proposed ban on travel from six majority-Muslim nations, reinstating much of the policy and promising to hear full arguments as early as this fall.<\/b><\/p>\n

The court’s decision means the justices will now wade into the biggest legal controversy of the Trump administration — the president’s order temporarily restricting travel, which even Trump has termed a “travel ban.” The court made clear that a limited version of the policy can be enforced for now.<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

“An American individual or entity that has a bona fide relationship with a particular person seeking to enter the country as a refugee can legitimately claim concrete hardship if that person is excluded,\u201d the court wrote. \u201cAs to these individuals and entities, we do not disturb the injunction. But when it comes to refugees who lack any such connection to the United States, for the reasons we have set out, the balance tips in favor of the Government\u2019s compelling need to provide for the Nation\u2019s security.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I believe the phrase to be used here is \u201cBOOM!\u201d The part where they uphold the section on people with a relationship with the United States does make sense, mostly. There is room for discussion considering that we have seen terrorists leave the United States and then come back looking to cause trouble.<\/p>\n

On the flip side, the Court also said that if someone has no relations in the United States, then the President was fully within his constitutional prerogative to not let them in.<\/p>\n

The justices decided to review the broader constitutional issues over executive authority on immigration with oral arguments to be held in the fall.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is where the problems have come from. Flat out, a foreign national\u00a0 has no right to come to the United States. It is a privilege, one that can be rescinded. The lower courts, populated by Obama judges as well as other Progressive black robed tyrants, forgot that. Well, they have just been bitched slapped by the Supreme Court yet again. Now we wait until next fall to see what comes next. Who knows? We might have another new justice on the court.<\/p>\n
