Well, in yet another \u201cUnexpected\u201d development, A collage student has just been sentenced to jail for registering dead Democrats to vote, and top it off, it wasn\u2019t in Chicago! Here are the details you won\u2019t see anywhere else from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A Virginia college student was sentenced this week to 100 days incarceration for submitting fraudulent voter registration forms listing the names of dead people and other faulty information for a political organization connected to the Democratic Party. <\/b><\/p>\n Andrew J. Spieles, 21, was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for knowingly transferring false Virginia voter registration forms during the 2016 election, according to the Justice Department.<\/b><\/p>\n Spieles, a student at James Madison University, worked as a staffer for Harrisonburg Votes — a group affiliated with the Democratic Party — and was paid to register voters in the area during the weeks leading up to the 2016 election. Spieles\u2019 job was to register as many voters as possible; he reported to Democratic campaign headquarters in Harrisonburg, Va., according to the DOJ.<\/b><\/p>\n So, here\u2019s a question. Was the local Democrat HQ involved in this, or did they throw Spieles under the bus? If they didn\u2019t throw him under the bus, is he \u201cTaking one for the team?\u201d One thing I\u2019m annoyed at, is he\u2019s only getting a little over 3 months. He should be getting 3 or more YEARS!! So, how did this cunning plan work?<\/p>\n After filling out a registration form, Spieles entered the voter information into a computer system used by the Virginia Democratic Party. Each week, someone would hand-deliver paper copies to the Registrar\u2019s Office in Harrisonburg. <\/b><\/p>\n Ok, so far, so good. Nothing illegal…so far.<\/p>\n Last August, however, an employee from the Registrar\u2019s Office contacted law enforcement after another worker recognized a registration form submitted in the name of the late father of a Virginia judge. <\/b><\/p>\n The office then discovered multiple instances of falsified forms. Some were in the names of deceased individuals, and others had incorrect middle names, birth dates and Social Security numbers, according to the Justice Department. <\/b><\/p>\n Nice going numbnuts!<\/p>\n Spieles said no one else participated in the crime.<\/b><\/p>\n So he\u2019s taking one for the team after all. Probably afraid that he will suffer a mysterious death, perhaps a suicide after being shot in the back of the head three times.<\/p>\n Spieles’ fraud was punishable by up to a year in prison and a $100,00 fine, but he reached a plea agreement with Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeb Terrien that limited his sentence to between 100 and 120 days behind bars, according to a EAGNews.org.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n Is that all? A plea deal? What a worthless Assistant U.S. attorney. He\u2019s probably an Obama holdover or something. He should have said no deal, got a conviction and asked for the max. I hope thise loser at least loses his right to vote and gets kicked out of college. However, considering today\u2019s universities, they will probably give him an honorary doctorate or something.<\/p>\n In any case, you can see why the Democrats are so dead set against the commission looking into voter fraud. I have little doubt, provided they get the data they need, they will find an extensive network of phony voters, dead voters and illegal alien voters.
