In this case, we have a story about one Representative Todd Rokita, who is a paid up member of the Beltway Uniparty, GOP(e) wing. This over-privileged pile of horse dung actually has an 8 page memo on what his chauffeur’s duties are. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Prepare a cup of black coffee, make sure his toiletries are organized, have a camera charged and clean the car of any garbage \u2014 these are all things an aide must do before picking up Indiana Rep. Todd Rokita from his home each day. <\/b><\/p>\n The unusual list of demands \u2014 confirmed to Fox News as authentic by spokesman for Rokita’s 2018 U.S. Senate campaign Tim Edson \u2014 is designed as a guide for the staffers tasked with driving the Republican congressman around. <\/b><\/p>\n You have to follow the link to the \u201cRequirements\u201d His Royal Highness demands. However, I have a suspicion that this micromanaging drivel wasn\u2019t something Rokita actually wrote. At least I hope it isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n The instruction manual, titled \u201cInstructions on Staffing and Driving,\u201d is broken down into various sections of preparing Rokita, 47, for his day \u2014 from preparing a checklist of materials, to specific home pick-up instructions, to responsibilities while driving and what to do when attending and leaving events. <\/b><\/p>\n Drivers \u2014 who are asked to \u201cnot interrupt [Rokita\u2019s] prep time with unnecessary conversation\u201d \u2014 are expected to carry a toiletries box and a separate supply box known to staffers as the \u201cFootball.\u201d That box includes products such as gum, tissues, hand sanitizer and a blue marker \u2014 \u201cfor signing letters\u201d \u2014 to name a select few. <\/b><\/p>\n When asked about the detailed 8-page memo, Edson said, “there is nothing wrong with being prepared and organized,” adding a detailed list like this is “pretty standard stuff for a campaign or member of Congress.” <\/b><\/p>\n If this is \u201cStandard Stuff\u201d, then Houston, we have a problem. I fully agree that a simple checklist is called for, but this memo is anything but. I have to assume that Rep. Rokita is fully aware of it and signed off. This presents a serious problem. If my assumption is incorrect and Rokita didn\u2019t know about it, then he is to clueless to be in the House of Representatives. If he did sign off, then he is to arrogant and stupid to be in the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n This is why he appears to be running for the United States Senate, a body made up of incredibly stupid and arrogant people. This memo does not give me any confidence that this clown has a clue about what\u2019s going on. He should have shot it down as soon as his Chief of Staff wrote it up. If they actually need something like this, then his Chief of Staff is hiring morons. In either case, this clueless idiot needs to find a real job in the \u201cDreaded Private Sector.\u201d It looks like he has someone who is going to give him a run for his money in 2018.<\/p>\n Rokita, who\u2019s running a competitive race for a Senate seat next year, has in recent weeks traded insults with Republican challenger Rep. Luke Messer, who, in response to the memo, joked on Twitter that his drivers needed to stop at a local pizzeria to pick up a pizza he already will have ordered on his own.<\/strong><\/p>\n What? He doesn\u2019t have it delivered? I guess he doesn\u2019t like tipping the drivers. Well, at least both of them are probably better then Democrats.<\/p>\n First, I won\u2019t be at all surprised if their \u201cInstructional Memo\u201d isn\u2019t at least 20 pages long and will have even more requirements. You know, things like making sure the bar is stocked, the hookers are pretty and clean, and that the Red Carpets and little girls with baskets of rose petals are waiting at every event they go to.
