<\/p>\nGood day all. I\u2019m not going to go into what\u2019s happened in Las Vegas. There is still a lot we don\u2019t know. There are also a number of others who are going into this in minute detail. No, today, it\u2019s Fake News day, from NBC. They\u2019re reporting that Secretary of State and President Trump are on the outs and Tillerson is going to quit.<\/p>\n

There is just a small problem with this. It looks a lot like it\u2019s wishful thinking from the Moonbats at the National Broadcasting Company<\/a>. Here are the detail from the generally unfake news network, Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Wednesday blasted an NBC News report detailing his supposed rift with President Trump, affirming his \u201ccommitment\u201d to the administration and denying that he ever considered resigning. <\/b>The NBC News report<\/a> had said Tillerson considered resigning over the summer amid disagreements with the White House. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s never been a consideration in my mind,\u201d Tillerson told reporters, in a previously unscheduled statement. <\/b><\/p>\n The report had said Tillerson even called Trump a \u201cmoron\u201d this summer after a meeting at the Pentagon with members of Trump\u2019s national security team and Cabinet officials. Vice President Pence reportedly got involved at the time to discuss ways to ease tensions. <\/b><\/p>\n NBC has a long history generating fake news, going back to at least the 1990\u2019s. Back then, NBC decided to fake a story about pickup trucks exploding into flames in a crash. However, after repeated tests, they couldn\u2019t get the pyrotechnical effect that they were looking for. (The trucks wouldn\u2019t burn) So, they decided to \u201cHelp\u201d things along. They did this by attaching and igniting a model rocket motor to the gas tank. In that test, they got the \u201cEarth Shattering Kaboom!\u201d they were looking for.<\/p>\n They also got caught doing it<\/a>. GM, the company that was victimized by NBC, sued their pants off and forced them to admit to what they had done, and apologize. There have been other incidents as well, one of the more recent being Brian Williams and his tall tales of being shot at. That got him shipped off to NBC\u2019s version of a Siberian gulag, MCNBC.<\/p>\n Once the story came out, both Secretary of State Tillerson and President Trump opened fire on NBC.<\/p>\n \u201cNBC news is #FakeNews and more dishonest than even CNN. They are a disgrace to good reporting. No wonder their news ratings are way down!\u201d Trump tweeted.<\/b><\/p>\n In his remarks, Tillerson denied that Pence ever had to get involved to convince him to stay.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy commitment to the success of our president and our country is as strong as it was the day I accepted his offer to serve as secretary of state. \u2026 There is much to be done, and we\u2019re just getting started,” Tillerson said. \u201cThe vice president has never had to persuade me to remain as secretary of state because I have never considered leaving this post.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n As I recall, there were some communications issues between the White House and the State Department. Of course, there are ALWAYS communications issues between the White House and Foggy Bottom, going back to to the founding of the country. So what really happened?<\/p>\n A source with knowledge of the situation told Fox News that the conversations between Pence and Tillerson were more focused on getting the secretary of state back on the same page as the president, characterizing their interactions more as \u201ccounseling.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n The source told Fox News that Pence and Trump are fully in lockstep, and that the vice president continuously discusses the expectations of the president with Cabinet officials to ensure the administration is moving forward in the same direction. <\/b><\/p>\n You know what I\u2019m thinking? That this was a planted story to try and flush out yet another leaky Obama leftover. I would not be surprised if a small news story comes out regarding the sudden termination of one or more low level White House employees in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=75SEy1qu71I<\/p>\n As for Secretary Tillerson\u2019s future? I suspect he\u2019s going to be around for a while. There might be some issues between him and President Trump, but that\u2019s to be expected. They\u2019re both very strong managerial types with strong opinions. Secretary Tillerson has a lot of work to do, dealing with the nutbars in North Korea and many other things, such as cleaning out the State Department. As for NBC?
