The DNC, which was shown to have conspired with Felonia von Pantsuit and her campaign to rig the Democrats primary elections, has watched as their cunning plan to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d by screaming \u201cRUSSIA!\u201d \u201cCOLLUSION!\u201d has slowly sunk beneath the waves of abject failure. The investigations they pushed blew up in their faces and have shown that the only ones colluding with the Russians was…The Democrats. Since that strategy has failed, they\u2019ve decided to try something else. Here are the details from CNBC<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Democratic Party on Friday sued President Donald Trump’<\/a>s presidential campaign, the Russian<\/a> government and the Wikileaks group, claiming a broad illegal conspiracy to help Trump win the 2016 election. <\/b><\/p>\n The multimillion-dollar lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court says that “In the Trump campaign, Russia found a willing and active partner in this effort” to mount “a brazen attack on American Democracy,” which included Russian infiltration of the Democratic Party computer network. The Trump campaign, according to the lawsuit, “gleefully welcomed Russia’s help.” <\/b><\/p>\n The level of paranoia only deepens. The DNC, with absolutely no proof, (Because there isn\u2019t any), continues to ignore the first rule of holes. When you find yourself in one, STOP DIGGING!\u201d<\/p>\n The suit says that “preexisting relationships with Russia and Russian oligarchs” with Trump and Trump associates “provided fertile ground for [the] Russia-Trump conspiracy.” <\/b><\/p>\n The common purpose of the scheme, according to the Democratic National Committee, was to “bolster Trump and denigrate the Democratic Party nominee,” Hillary Clinton<\/a>, while boosting the candidacy of Trump, “whose policies would benefit the Kremlin.” <\/b><\/p>\n This disaster in the making appears to be the idea of Tom Perez, the current head of the DNC. I just looked up this racist moonbat\u2019s educational history and it says that he did graduate Harvard Law school. I have the feeling his diploma was granted not because of educational excellence, but because he was one of those \u201cLittle brown people\u201d that Progressives believe can\u2019t accomplish anything on their own, so they “Socially graduated” him. If this suit isn\u2019t laughed out of court, then it opens one very large can of worms called the \u201cDiscovery process.\u201d<\/p>\n Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said the party’s suit “is not partisan, it’s patriotic.” <\/b><\/p>\n “If the occupant of the Oval Office won’t protect our democracy, Democrats will. It is our obligation to the American people,” Perez said. <\/b><\/p>\n The last thing the Democrats can be accused of is patriotism. Their contempt for the United States, The constitution and the Rule of Law is well known. They have been working to end the Republican form of government and our Constitution since, oh, 1860?<\/p>\n He called the alleged conspiracy “an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for President of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency.” <\/b><\/p>\n Perez, as I mentioned earlier, went to Law School. I don\u2019t know if he ever passed a state bar exam. While I\u2019m not a lawyer, one thing I do know, something this moron seems to have forgotten, is the discovery process. While Perez may be thinking he and his minions will be able to rampage through the Trump Campaign\u2019s records, the same can be said for the Trump lawyers. They will also be able to demand access to all of the DNC\u2019s records.<\/p>\n Since Wikileaks released the emails from the DNC, the Democrats have done everything they could to obstruct any investigation into how their systems were breached. The rumor is that a DNC staffer was the one who downloaded all the data and arranged for it to be sent to Wikileaks. That staffer, Seth Rich was later gunned down in what Washington D.C. Police claim was a \u201cFailed mugging.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has long said that he didn\u2019t get the information from the Russians, and has been demanding that Rich\u2019s death be investigated as a \u201cContract killing.\u201d<\/p>\n One of the things that make people wonder about that murder was that nothing was taken from Seth Rich\u2019s body. His valuables were still on him. That and other things make a number of people think Seth Richards was assassinated. Many wonder if he wasn\u2019t yet another addition to the Clinton Body Count<\/a>.<\/p>\n Then we have the alleged breach of the DNC\u2019s computers. The only people claiming that it was the Russians who hacked their systems is the DNC. They also refused to allow the FBI to examine their mail servers and other networked devices to determine just how and when the breach happened.<\/p>\n President Trump, once he learned of the lawsuit, opened fire via Twitter. For him and his legal team, this is a wealth of choices. The lawsuit is utterly groundless, and any honest judge…ok, you can stop laughing now, will toss this out of court. On the other hand, it also present the Trump legal team with the opportunity to rummage through the DNC\u2019s papers and computers.<\/p>\n Since every attempt by the Democrats and the Mueller inquisitions has failed to find any evidence of collusion between the Trump Campaign and the Russians, and has found plenty of collusion between the Democrats and the Russians, I expect that the \u201cParty Elders\u201d will land on Perez and his crew of clowns and shut this lawsuit down fast.
