Good day all. One of the more corrupt members of the Anti-Trump Deep State is Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. It was he who brought in Robert Mueller and started the witch hunt against President Trump<\/p>\n

Rosenstein, or as I really think he should be called, Rodentstain, has been asked by various congressional oversight committees to provide documents and information on many things, including the Mueller inquisition. He has refused to do so and has taken to threatening congress. Finally, several members announced they had had enough of Rodentstain\u2019s refusals to provide the requested information and started threatening to file a bill of impeachment against him. Rodentstain sees this as extortion. Here are the details from the Washington Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein<\/a> on Tuesday compared the articles of impeachment drafted against him by members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus to an extortion attempt. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been people who have been making threats privately and publicly against me for quite some time, and I think they should understand the Department of Justice<\/a> is not going to be extorted,\u201d he said, speaking at the Newseum\u2019s Law Day event. \u201cWe are going to do what is required by the rule of law and any kind of threats anybody makes are not going to affect the way we do our job.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Excuse me Rodentstain? Did you forget that all parts of the government are, in fact, answerable to Congress? President Trump can fire you at will, however, Congress\u2019s job is to make sure that the Department of Justice doesn\u2019t overstep their authority as well as providing funds for the DoJ to operate. Did you think that the DoJ is an independent agency and doesn\u2019t have to comply with the Law and the Constitution?<\/p>\n

The House Freedom Caucus, led by Rep. Mark Meadows, North Carolina Republican, has drafted eight articles of impeachment against Mr. Rosenstein<\/a>, multiple media outlets reported late Monday. Those drafts reportedly accuse Mr. Rosenstein<\/a> of abusing his authority when he renewed a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant on Trump campaign aide Carter Page ahead of the 2016 presidential campaign.<\/b><\/p>\n

Previous FISA warrants to spy on Mr. Page were signed by former FBI Director James B. Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates along with other officials then at the Justice Department<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The impeachment draft states that Mr. Rosenstein<\/a> \u201cfailed to enforce multiple laws\u201d including \u201cimproper authorization of searches and electronic surveillance\u201d under FISA and failing to act on behalf of the attorney general by \u201cfailing to demonstrate probable cause to believe the targets of surveillance were a foreign power or agents of a foreign power,\u201d the news outlets reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

The \u201cProbable Cause\u201d here was simple. Stop Trump! The \u201cDeep State Swamp Dwellers\u201d are horrified that their selections to rule America were shot down in flames, and the American People elected someone who actually believes in America, The Constitution and the Rule of Law. Rodentstain, rather then doing his actual job, is doubling down on his contempt of America.<\/p>\n

Mr. Rosenstein<\/a> fired back Tuesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey can\u2019t even resist leaking their own drafts,\u201d he said. \u201cI just don\u2019t have anything to say about documents like that, that nobody has the courage to put their name on and that they leak in that way.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s called \u201cFair Warning\u201d you moron. They are giving you a chance to do your job. Obviously, you\u2019re just to stupid, arrogant or both to see that.<\/p>\n

Members of the conservative caucus told media outlets the impeachment drafts are \u201clast resort\u201d in the event that Mr. Rosenstein<\/a> or the Department of Justice<\/a> stonewall efforts to obtain documents related to the surveillance of Mr. Page. It appears the impeachment effort is a warning shot of possible consequences if there is a delay in releasing any FISA documents. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMy frustrations about their inability to respond to simple requests could warrant further action,\u201d Mr. Meadows told The Washington Post. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not just your frustration, millions of Americans are getting pretty fed up with both sides. We elected Donald Trump to do a job. He\u2019s been trying to do that job since he took the oath of office. Instead of backing him, the RINO\u2019s like McConnell and Ryan have been back stabbing him. McCain and Flake have so angered their own constituents that Flake is not seeking reelection. He knows he would lose his primary. McCain is a dead man walking and one is listening to him any more.<\/p>\n

What Rodentstain, Comey, McCabe and all the others are showing to America is that they consider themselves above the law and part of the Ruling Class. It\u2019s time to show them the error of their ways, and the best way to do that is slamming their evil, tyrannical asses into adjoining prison cells.<\/p>\n
