Ketchup Boy seems to have forgotten that he is no longer the secretary of State and has no authority at all to negotiate anything. In other words, he is violating the Logan Act<\/a>. Now the Logan Act has never actually been used, and there may be questions regarding it\u2019s constitutionality. This is all fine and good, however, what Kerry is doing goes far beyond claiming he\u2019s representing the United States. Here are the details of what this worthless gigolo has been up to of late from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Former Secretary of State John Kerry is under fire over a report claiming that he has been engaged in \u201cshadow diplomacy\u201d with officials from Iran and Europe as part of a final attempt to save the seemingly doomed 2015 Iran nuclear deal. <\/b><\/p>\n The Boston Globe<\/a> reported Friday that Kerry sat down twice with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif in recent months to strategize in a bid to save the deal, as part of what the Globe described as \u201can aggressive yet stealthy\u201d mission to put pressure on the Trump administration to keep the deal in some form.<\/b><\/p>\n Forget the Logan Act, as far as I\u2019m concerned, Kerry crossed the line into Treason, as defined by the Constitution of the United States. But then, Kerry has a long history of treating with America\u2019s enemies. Meanwhile, why all the rush? It seems there\u2019s a deadline coming up.<\/p>\n Trump faces a May 12 deadline to review the deal, and Kerry has been ramping up his meetings ahead of that deadline. He reportedly met with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier — who was foreign minister of Germany when the deal was negotiated. He has also met with French President Emmanuel Macron twice and spoken by phone with European Union foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini.<\/b><\/p>\n The Eurotrash leaders want the \u201cdeal\u201d to stay in place so they can get Iranian oil and sell them everything they can. With the recent bombshell dropped by Israeli Prime Minister Netenyahu, whom Ketchup Boy hates, (I understand the feeling is mutual), that Iran never had any intention of honoring any part of that bogus deal, it looks like President Trump will cancel it.<\/p>\n The Globe reported that Kerry was quiet in his campaign as he believes that a high-profile defense of the deal by prominent Democrats would only make Trump more likely to pull the U.S. out of the deal. <\/b><\/p>\n So shithead decided to go the cloak and dagger route huh? Well, that doesn\u2019t appear to have worked out any better then anything else Liveshot Kerry has tried.<\/p>\n Kerry\u2019s reported actions immediately sparked criticism and raised claims that such dealings with Iranian and European officials could violate the Logan Act — which prohibits private citizens from negotiating on behalf of the U.S. government without authorization.<\/b><\/p>\n While no one has ever been successfully prosecuted under the law, the Logan Act was raised last year over former national security adviser Michael Flynn\u2019s negotiations at the United Nations over a resolution with Israel during the Trump transition. <\/b><\/p>\n To be honest, with everything else they\u2019ve been throwing at Flynn, I flat out forgot about that business. Considering that Donald Trump was the President-Elect, it could be said that Flynn was looking at things that would come up when Donald Trump took office. Kerry has no such cover at all.<\/p>\n There was a significant outcry from Democrats and the Obama administration in 2015 when Republicans — led by Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton — wrote to Iranian leadership explaining the difference between an executive agreement and a treaty. <\/b><\/p>\n I recall some of that. Again, there would be questions regarding bringing any sort of criminal case. Tom Cotton is a sitting member of the United States Senate, and it is the Senate\u2019s job to ratify any treaties. Of course. The Great Mistake, Barack Obama knew that he had no chance at all of getting a treaty that gave away the store through the Senate, so he just ignored them.<\/p>\n The letter suggested<\/a> that any deal without a congressional vote could be modified by a future Congress or revoked with \u201cthe stroke of a pen\u201d by whoever replaces President Obama. <\/b><\/p>\n Hey! Guess what\u2019s about to happen? President Trump has been busily revoking all of King Putt\u2019s Executive Orders, and since he didn\u2019t bother with getting the treaty ratified, President Trump can do it again.<\/p>\n At that time, Kerry slammed<\/a> Cotton’s move as an \u201cunconstitutional, un-thought-out action by somebody who has been in the United States Senate for 60-something days.” <\/b><\/p>\n No, it was a teaching moment for a foreign leadership not versed in how things work in an actual Republic. Of course, Ketchup Boy couldn\u2019t care less about the Constitution in any case.<\/p>\n Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Saturday that Kerry is lucky that no one has been prosecuted under the Logan Act or else he could be in trouble.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cFortunately for everybody, the Logan Act [is a] dead letter but if it were in existence, my friend John Kerry would be violating the Logan Act,\u201d Dershowitz said on \u201cFox & Friends.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Here I must disagree with Mr. Dershowitz. Just because the law has never been used doesn\u2019t render it a dead letter. Until it is repealed or declared unconstitutional, it is still the law of the land.<\/p>\n Although Kerry would not likely be prosecuted into the Logan Act, Dershowitz said that there are \u201creal problems\u201d with what Kerry is doing. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cHe is negotiating, though he is not in the administration, and there are real problems with doing that,\u201d he continued. <\/b><\/p>\n According to The Globe, Kerry has also been trying to get Congress on his side by placing dozens of phone calls, including to House Speaker Paul Ryan.<\/b><\/p>\n Oh I\u2019m sure Eddie Munster was thrilled to hear from Ketchup Boy on this subject.<\/p>\n Kerry is reported to have coordinated his push with a group of former top State Department advisers who helped negotiate the Iran deal — named Diplomacy Works. The group has reportedly chosen to focus on Europeans, Israelis and non-partisan experts to try and salvage the deal. <\/b><\/p>\n And the next thing Secretary of State Pompano needs to do is fire every single one of these conspirators.<\/p>\n \u201cThis isn\u2019t President Obama\u2019s agreement. It\u2019s the world\u2019s agreement,\u201d David Wade, a longtime Kerry adviser and advisor to Diplomacy Works, told The Globe<\/a>. \u201cMaybe Macron, Merkel, and Great Britain can persuade the administration, but if they can\u2019t they\u2019ll be even more essential to protecting the deal absent the United States. We know these voices are powerful.
