Last week was not a good week for the Mueller Inquisition. He has one judge demanding the unredacted documents authorizing Mueller\u2019s witch hunt, and now, a group of Russians that Mueller charged, but never actually expected to show up, did just that.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/8a\/f4\/61\/8af4613e523fe3c4b63c96f220f22a40.png?resize=371%2C276&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"371\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This all started few months ago when Mueller and his group of Gestapo wannabes charged a number of Russians in regards to \u201cInterfering with the election.\u201d Since the Russians were in Russia, (Gee that was a surprise wasn\u2019t it?), he never expected the case to go to trial. Well, surprise! One of the company\u2019s that was charged showed up and started demanding to see the evidence. Here are the details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2018\/05\/04\/mueller-russia-interference-election-case-delay-570627\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>from Politico<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>A federal judge has rejected special counsel Robert Mueller\u2019s request to delay the first court hearing in a criminal case charging three Russian companies and 13 Russian citizens with using social media and other means to foment strife among Americans in advance of the 2016 U.S. presidential election. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-20636\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face-300x225.png?resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>In a brief order Saturday evening, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich offered no explanation for her decision to deny a request prosecutors made Friday to put off the scheduled Wednesday arraignment for Concord Management and Consulting, one of the three firms charged in the case. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Well, that is&#8230;unexpected, to say the least.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>The 13 people charged in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2018\/02\/16\/mueller-indictment-russia-takeaways-353667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the high-profile indictment<\/a> in February are considered unlikely to ever appear in a U.S. court. The three businesses accused of facilitating the alleged Russian troll farm operation \u2014 the Internet Research Agency, Concord Management, and Concord Catering \u2014 were also expected to simply ignore the American criminal proceedings. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Only, that isn\u2019t what happened.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Last month, however, a pair of Washington-area lawyers suddenly surfaced in the case, notifying the court that they represent Concord Management. <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2018\/04\/11\/russia-company-concord-obtain-lawyers-515432\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><b>POLITICO reported<\/b><\/u><\/a><b> at the time that the move appeared to be a bid to force Mueller\u2019s team to turn over relevant evidence to the Russian firm and perhaps even to bait prosecutors into an embarrassing dismissal in order to avoid disclosing sensitive information. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/seen-coming.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-22259\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/seen-coming-242x300.jpg?resize=242%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/seen-coming.jpg?resize=242%2C300&amp;ssl=1 242w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/seen-coming.jpg?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As much as I despise what the Russians have been doing, well, let me be more specific. As much as I despise Vladimir Putin for what he\u2019s been doing, I\u2019ve reached the point that anything that screws over Mueller is a good thing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>On Friday, Mueller\u2019s prosecutors disclosed that Concord\u2019s attorneys, Eric Dubelier and Kate Seikaly, had made a slew of discovery requests demanding nonpublic details about the case and the investigation. Prosecutors also asked a judge to postpone the formal arraignment of Concord Management set for next week. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>What this basically means, in my extremely unschooled opinion, is that Mueller and his thugs never expected to have to actually put on a case. Now they have been put on notice that it\u2019s time to \u201cPut up or shut up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>The prosecution team sought the delay on the grounds that it\u2019s unclear whether Concord Management formally accepted the court summons related to the case. Mueller\u2019s prosecutors also revealed that they tried to deliver the summonses for Concord and IRA through the Russian government, without success. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c<b>The [U.S.] government has attempted service of the summonses by delivering copies of them to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Russia, to be delivered to the defendants,\u201d prosecutors wrote. \u201cThat office, however, declined to accept the summonses. The government has submitted service requests to the Russian government pursuant to a mutual legal assistance treaty. To the government\u2019s knowledge, no further steps have been taken within Russia to effectuate service.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Well now, since the defendants attorney\u2019s showed up in court, I think it\u2019s safe to say that the summons was received and accepted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>In their request on Friday to put off the arraignment, prosecutors included the extensive demands for information that the lawyers for Concord Management have set forth since they stepped forward last month. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c<b>Until the Court has an opportunity to determine if Concord was properly served, it would be inadvisable to conduct an initial appearance and arraignment at which important rights will be communicated and a plea entertained,\u201d attorneys Jeannie Rhee, Rush Atkinson and Ryan Dickey wrote. \u201cThat is especially true in the context of this case, which involves a foreign corporate defendant, controlled by another, individual foreign defendant, that has already demanded production of sensitive intelligence gathering, national security, and foreign affairs information.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>This is Mueller\u2019s way of saying, \u201cWait, what? They\u2019re actually showing up? But, but, but we\u2019re not actually ready to go forward with a criminal trial. Can we have a do over judge?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The Mueller team proposed that both sides file briefs in the coming weeks on the issues of whether Concord has been properly served.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In other words, Mueller wanted to buy time to actually put a case together. The opposing lawyers were not subtle in their reply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>In a blunt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/f\/?id=00000163-3131-d4e8-a5ff-b7732a9e0000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">response<\/a> Saturday morning, Concord\u2019s attorneys accused Mueller&#8217;s team of ignoring the court\u2019s rules and suggesting a special procedure for the Russian firm without any supporting legal authority. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c<b>Defendant voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in [federal rules], and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Defendant has not sought a limited appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special Counsel\u2019s motion is pettifoggery,\u201d Dubelier and Seikaly wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/ac\/04\/24\/ac0424525685b63bf9487d03b3f49f9f.png?resize=384%2C304&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"384\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>The Concord lawyers said Mueller\u2019s attorneys were seeking \u201cto usurp the scheduling authority of the Court\u201d by waiting until Friday afternoon to try to delay a proceeding scheduled for next Wednesday. Dubelier and Seikaly complained that the special counsel\u2019s office has not replied at all to Concord\u2019s discovery requests. The lawyers, who work for Pittsburgh-based law firm Reed Smith, also signaled Concord intends to assert its speedy trial rights, putting more pressure on the special counsel\u2019s office to turn over records related to the case. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>They not only stuck the knife in, they gave it a sharp twist then sawed back and forth. Mueller\u2019s Morons have gotten caught out again playing games, and this time, they don\u2019t have a friendly judge to protect them from their abuse of process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Friedrich, a Trump appointee based in Washington, sided with Concord and said the arraignment will proceed as scheduled Wednesday afternoon. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/54\/eb\/3d\/54eb3dda21d42dbc8d7dff5043ccfbfb.jpg?resize=336%2C294&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"336\" height=\"294\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You will no doubt see the usual suspects in the CommuNazi party screeching about how this is a Trump judge and he is doing his job by protecting President Trump. Two things about that. First. The judges President Trump has been nominating are generally considered to be constructionists when it comes to the Constitution. Basically, it says what it means and it means what it says. None of that \u201cLiving document\u201d crap. Second, well it sucks to be you!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/nelson2.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14000\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/nelson2.gif?resize=300%2C217\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>The indictment, obtained by Mueller but announced by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, accused the defendants of mounting an \u201cinformation warfare\u201d operation in connection with the 2016 election. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>The IRA, long suspected of ties to the Kremlin, allegedly used social media, email and other means to manipulate \u201cunwitting\u201d American citizens and Trump campaign officials into protests, demonstrations and the recirculation of media messages. Most of the interventions were intended to benefit Trump or demean his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, the indictment alleged. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>As much as I hate what the Russians may have done, how about Barack Obama\u2019s overt attempt to manipulate the vote in the last Israeli election? Obama and his minions actively worked to aid Netenyahu\u2019s opponents in the election over there. Where are the criminal charges against Obama? Why aren\u2019t the Israelis looking to prosecute Valerie Jarrett? The answer is simple. This garbage happens all the time. If this goes forward, I suspect it will either be laughed out of court, Mueller will rescind the indictments or there will be no convictions.<\/p>\n<p>What it will prove is that the entire Mueller \u201cInvestigation\u201d is fraudulent and was initiated for the sole purpose of reversing the last election by forcing President Trump out of office.
