Good day all. A few years ago, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos decided he wanted to get in the Newpaper business. He looked around and selected one of the deeper money pits, the Washington Post. When the sale was announced, there was much gnashing of Progressive teeth.<\/p>\n

It was thought that Bezos would kill any negative stories regarding Amazon, and turn the ComPost into another Washington Times. Well, they were half right. The Washington ComPost does tend not to cover negative stories regarding Amazon.com. On the other hand, they have become the propaganda arm for the CommuNazi Party, edging out the New York Slimes.<\/p>\n

Now, all the precious snowflakes working at the ComPost have decided to indulge in their favorite hobby, making demands of the rich owner because the snowflakes are so special. Here are the amusing details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

It appears the world\u2019s richest man may be stingy when it comes to providing snacks for his staff. <\/b>The Washington Post employees want better pay, but are reportedly also demanding enhanced snacks<\/a> such as wasabi peas, trail mix, fresh fruit and M&Ms in order to compete with rival journalists at The New York Times, according to Business Insider.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Post staffers have been lobbying for increased wages, equal pay, better retirement benefits, a higher 401(k) match and improved severance pay. Last week, over 400 employees signed an open letter to Bezos outlining the staffers\u2019 demands. <\/b><\/p>\n

How nice of them to offer to be the next targets when the layoffs begin. One thing these morons fail to understand, Bezos is a businessman. He is in business to make money and he\u2019s proven to be very good at it. You make money by keeping your costs down as much as you can. The last I checked, the Washington ComPost was not making money for Bezos.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the end of the memo is an afterthought, which highlights the generosity of The New York Times when it comes to free perks in the office. The implied message to Bezos and Post management was: We’d like some of the same,\u201d Business Insider reporter Isobel Asher Hamilton wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

According to Business Insider, the memo said, \u201cThe Times offers its staff free coffee \u2014 and free snacks, too: fresh fruit, popcorn, M&M’s, trail mix and wasabi peas, to name a few.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Wasabi peas? What the Hell are those? I can understand the desire for free coffee. I\u2019ve only worked for one company that didn\u2019t offer free coffee. As for all the other things? Are you kidding me? Where I\u2019m working now, they do bring in some fresh fruit, but all the other stuff is in vending machines and WE PAY FOR IT!<\/p>\n

As you would expect, the demands of the Special Snowflakes of the Washington ComPost has caught the attention of President Trump.<\/p>\n

Trump, who frequently mocks the news organization, has recently taken to Twitter to mock Bezos for having disgruntled employees. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWashington Post employees want to go on strike because Bezos isn\u2019t paying them enough,\u201d Trump recently tweeted. \u201cI think a really long strike would be a great idea. Employees would get more money and we would get rid of Fake News for an extended period of time!\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The ComPost is a joke. The writers there, (I refuse to call them reporters), are generally lazy, incompetent and to wrapped up in providing the CommuNazi Party with a platform to spread their manure. Jeff Bezos doesn\u2019t like President Trump so he allows them to go full moonbat. However, he will draw the line when the idiots start turning on the hand that feeds them. Still, I\u2019m going to enjoy this and I hope they do go on strike for free popcorn and wasabi peas.<\/p>\n
