Good day all. When President Trump won the election, the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan went bonkers. They started pushing \u201cCALEXIT\u201d patterned on the British \u201cBREXIT.<\/p>\n

The whole thing fell apart when it came out that the main person pushing the idea not only didn\u2019t live in Kalifornistan, but actually lived in…Russia! (Talk about collusion!) Still, Kalifornistan has serious issues, all of which can be laid at the doorstep of the Democrat<\/i><\/span> CommuNazi party. They have been \u201cLiving the dream\u201d of creating a soviet style workers paradise.<\/p>\n

The problem is most of the state hates the idea and hate\u2019s the CommuNazis in Sacramento. Now they\u2019ve come up with a new idea, break Kalifornistan into three new states. The idea recently qualified as a ballot issue. Now the organizers have another problem. Where to break up the state if this should pass. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The movement to slice up the state of California is reeling from internal clashes over what\u2019s the best way to rearrange the state. The Cal 3 measure, which seeks to break up America\u2019s most populous state into three smaller states, recently gathered enough support to earn the right to appear on the Nov. 6 state election ballot, giving voters a historic chance to improve their representation on the national level.<\/b><\/p>\n

The voters, being utterly uneducated in the Constitution of the United States, might want to take a look at how the actual process works. Just because you vote for it doesn\u2019t mean that the Congress will allow it. Then there is the issue at hand, where to geographically break up the state.<\/p>\n

But rather than get behind the upcoming vote, the separatist movement has fractured into multiple camps, each offering their own plans and criticizing each other for unfair dividing lines, the Washington Times<\/a> reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

Paul Preston, vice president and co-founder of the New California movement that want a two-state solution in California, based on rural-urban lines, says venture capitalist Tim Draper\u2019s partition plan — the one on which voters will vote in November — wouldn\u2019t address the issue of voter representation, as it would merely create two deep blue states and one swing state. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWith Draper, he makes sure every area has an urbanized zone that will ultimately be blue. You still have the rural-urban thing going on in his formula,\u201d Preston told the Times. \u201cThe rural people will be shafted again.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

This brings us back to Congress. If you think the GOP is going to allow any chance that the CommuNazis will rig a the system to insure a CommuNazi permanent majority, think again. The Moonbats of Kalifornistan are already pushing for a full blown civil war and the end of the Constitutional rights of anyone who doesn\u2019t tow the CommuNazi line. Then we have the true politically paranoid types.<\/p>\n

Yes California\u2019s Louis Marinelli, meanwhile, opposes both the Draper and Preston initiatives, claiming all of them are just Republican plots to \u201cchip away at the voice California lends to the republic as a solid blue state.\u201d Marinelli\u2019s plan, dubbed Calexit, seeks to make California a wholly independent country and secede from the U.S. altogether \u2013 a step too far for other separatists. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a step to far because they know it won\u2019t work. If Kalifornistan were to secede, a faily large area would secede right back to the United States. What would be left wouldn\u2019t be economically viable.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s secession. That\u2019s what happened in the Civil War,\u201d Preston said, nothing that his group would not support the initiative. \u201cThey want to create a new country, and that\u2019s just not going to happen. First of all, it\u2019s illegal under our Constitution. There\u2019s no base out here to support that.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually, the constitutional issue of secession has not been challenged in the courts. Before it could be, the Idiots in South Carolina opened fire on Fort Sumter, starting the Civil War.<\/p>\n

The Cal 3 initiative managed to attract more than 400,000 signatures and paving the way to appear on the ballot in November, but other separatists say they are unlikely to achieve much. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe three Californias measure is dead on arrival,\u201d said Preston. \u201cIt\u2019s not constitutionally sound, and everybody recognizes it. Everybody I\u2019ve been talking to \u2014 and I get flooded because we\u2019ve got 50 counties engaged in our program \u2014 everybody\u2019s absolutely appalled by it.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Everybody you\u2019ve talked to? That sounds an awful lot like \u201cI don\u2019t know how President Trump won. Everyone I talked to said Felonia von Pantsuit would win.\u201d<\/p>\n

Preston\u2019s New California group, meanwhile, is set to hold a July 21 constitutional convention and expect to make a case to the state legislature so the lawmakers can then proceed to split the state. He argues that the only way to achieve a partition of California is to follow the U.S. Constitution\u2019s Article IV, Section 3, which states that no new states can be created \u201cwithout the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, at least we have one person who is actually considering the Constitution. However, he seems to have forgotten that a large number of the \u201cSeveral states\u201d want to push Kalifornistan into the Pacific and see it drown.<\/p>\n

The Cal 3 measure, if successful, would ask the governor to ask Congress approval and then leave the rest of the process to the state legislature. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh THAT would be amusing to watch.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the rest of the country will just want to do what\u2019s right for California,\u201d Draper, who will bankroll the Cal 3 initiative, told Fox News\u2019 Tucker Carlson back in April.<\/strong><\/p>\n
