Good day all. The news that Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is retiring caught a lot of people by surprise, including me. I don\u2019t have a post ready to go so I\u2019m \u201cWinging\u201d it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The news that Kennedy is stepping down was greeted with great optimism by Constitutional Conservatives, and with great horror by Progressives and other Moonbats. Kennedy was not noted for his consistency in his rulings, and in many cases his decisions were obviously wrong. The joke was that if you wanted to know how Kennedy was going to vote on a case, check on what he had for breakfast.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Now that he is leaving, President Trump has the chance to appoint another justice. He already has a list of candidates who are very qualified. Well, they are qualified if you believe in the Untied States Constitution, the Rule of Law and the Republic. For the CommuNazis, President Trump\u2019s track record for judicial appointees is horrifying. The normal CommuNazi appointee doesn\u2019t let little things like the Constitution stand in their way, and the Obama appointees have been, on average, disasters. (A lot of the Bush and Clinton appointees are no great shakes either)<\/p>\n

In the next few weeks, we will see who President Trump selects as Kennedy\u2019s replacement. Most people who aren\u2019t totalitarian CommuNazi members of the Beltway Uniparty generally like Justice Gorsuch\u2019s ruling, even when they don\u2019t agree with them. He seems to believe in Judicial restraint, (Something that Kennedy and way to many other judges don\u2019t), and doesn\u2019t want to \u201cLegislate from the bench. (Kennedy did in several decisions as does Roberts)<\/p>\n

What has the CommuNazis so terrified though, is Ruth Bader-Ginsberg. She is in her mid 80\u2019s and not in good health. Her contempt for the Constitution is well known, and she has been a reliable vote for the CommuNazis desires to institute a totalitarians slave state. She has always supported the State over the Individual whenever she could. (Sometimes the cases were so egregious, even she had no choice but to rule in favor of the Constitution)<\/p>\n

When she finally croaks, President Trump will have another opportunity to appoint another constitutionalist to the Supreme Court. When that happens, it\u2019s basically all over for the CommuNazis for at least a generation, perhaps forever. This is why they will pull out all the stops to \u201cStop Trump\u2019s choice!\u201d<\/p>\n

We\u2019re already seeing Upchuck Schumer demanding that the hearings wait until after the election, citing the \u201cBiden Rule.\u201d The only problem, (Of many) with that rule is that it isn\u2019t real. It was also intended to keep lame duck presidents from filling judgeship’s with their cronies during an election.<\/p>\n

When Antonin Scalia died, Obama didn\u2019t wait a second to appoint a true anti-constitutionalist to the Supreme Court. The only reason he didn\u2019t get him on the bench was the fact that the Republicans held the Senate and stopped him. When President Trump won the election and was sworn in, We got a fine choice instead.<\/p>\n

The other problem for Schumer and his stupid plan is that this election is a midterm, not a presidential election. Schumer is hoping that the \u201cBlue Wave will sweep him into power and he can \u201cStop Trump!\u201d and end the attempts of Americans to reassert their rights. Of late, that \u201cBlue Wave\u201d isn\u2019t looking to wave like.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We shall see what comes next, but I suspect we will have a new justice by the time the next court session begins.<\/p>\n
