With the selection of Neil Gorsuch at the beginning of President Trump\u2019s term, along with all the lower level federal judgeships he\u2019s been filling, it\u2019s becoming clear that Donald Trump is looking for people who live, breath and think the Constitution and will not legislate from the bench. Since this is dead opposite of what the CommuNazis look for in a judge, they have begun to realize that they are screwed. Here are some interesting details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Media furor was aroused last week by four major Supreme Court cases that went against the left and by a Supreme Court retirement<\/a> that will enable President Trump to appoint a solidly conservative justice to the high court. That was followed by a horrific mass shooting at a Maryland newspaper that some journalists tried to link to criticism the president has leveled at the media. <\/b><\/p>\n That shooting turned out to be personal in nature, not political. Sadly, the criminal was also thinking and looking to get away. He didn\u2019t use an \u201cEvil Black Rifle\u201d AR-15, he used a shotgun, which does far more horrific damage at close range. As for the rest?<\/p>\n For decades, the Progressives have used the courts to thwart the will of the voters. They have put in place judges that, in many cases, outright ignore the plain language of the Constitution, (As amended). This has led to decisions designed to usurp the rights of the individual, and in most cases, centralize power into the hands of the few in Washington.<\/p>\n The Supreme Court dominated much of the week. Each successive ruling seemed to infuriate journalists and liberals more. But Justice Anthony Kennedy\u2019s announcement of his retirement was the last straw. <\/b><\/p>\n ABC\u2019s \u201cGood Morning America\u201d Correspondent Terry Moran<\/a> set the ominous tone, saying that Kennedy\u2019s retirement \u201cguarantees that this court and this country is going to change profoundly.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Yep, and for the better mostly.<\/p>\n CNN\u2019s legal team acted as if the Constitution itself was at risk because the high court is now expected to move farther right. Topics like abortion and religious freedom dominated the coverage. <\/b><\/p>\n You mean restore the constitutional checks and balances that have been subverted by the Democrats, (Mostly), for the last century?<\/p>\n CNN Legal Analyst Laura Coates said the retirement of Kennedy means even more. There are \u201ca whole host of areas where we require a swing vote for other more progressive-minded notions and ones that, frankly, are in line with our democratic principles and we don’t have that now,\u201d she warned.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n Conservatives aren\u2019t allowed to have \u201cdemocratic principles,\u201d it seems. <\/b><\/p>\n Nope, they aren\u2019t. In fact, the courts should, in the minds of the ever so progressive media, just end the constitution and put Felonia into office. Better yet, appoint Obama president for life. (Yes, hyperbole, but there have been a few moonbats demanding just that)<\/p>\n Many other outlets were nearly as hyperbolic: The Daily Beast warned of a \u201cjudicial apocalypse.\u201d Slate\u2019s Dan Kois wrote about his own \u201cfrothing, incoherent rage.\u201d Seldom funny \u201cDaily Show\u201d host Trevor Noah<\/a> complained that President Trump was \u201cgiving America judicial herpes.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Coverage continued to spin out of control once the media started asking about next steps. MSNBC\u2019s \u201cHardball\u201d host Chris Matthews argued that the fight over Kennedy\u2019s replacement <\/a>was \u201cgoing to be almost like Spanish Civil War stuff.\u201d It\u2019s worth noting that hundreds of thousands of people died in that civil war. <\/b><\/p>\n Tingles Matthews is a moron of the first order. The CommuNazis have finally figured out that elections matter and now we have a president who isn\u2019t a milquetoast GOP(e) squish, but one who says what he means and means what he says. Now the CommuNazis fall back of pet judges legislating from the bench is coming to an end and they can\u2019t handle it, thus the threats of civil war.<\/p>\n Matthews warned Democratic leaders <\/a>that they must \u201cprevent the Republican-controlled Senate to pick another justice on this hard-right court.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n As opposed to the Stalinist wing on the left, led by that Old moonbat, Ruth Bader-Ginsberg?<\/p>\n Slate was more straightforward<\/a>. It reported that a more conservative Supreme Court would be one \u201cthat subverts American democracy for decades.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Yes, it will subvert the CommuNazi idea of democracy that is. For them, the only votes that matter are the ones made by the ruling central committee. Of course, Slate is a well known propaganda rag for the Communists and always has been.<\/p>\n Journalists are unable to grasp how the prospect of a more conservative court actually makes tens of millions of Americans positively giddy. That narrative was almost impossible to find.<\/b><\/p>\n Of course it was impossible to find. Journalist is another word for Propagandist. Reporters, on the other hand, actually go out, observes and report what they see and hear. Journalist try to avoid leaving the office and actually meeting people, especially anyone who doesn\u2019t support their views.<\/p>\n Long ago, when Richard Nixon won reelection in a landslide, the CommuNazis of the time were shocked. They literally couldn\u2019t understand how it happened. One, Pauline Kael<\/a>, famously said that she didn\u2019t know anyone who had voted for Nixon. This is what\u2019s happening now in the rarefied air of the Mostly Stupid Media\u2019s newsrooms. They can\u2019t understand how all this happened.<\/p>\n After President Trump\u2019s choice is approved and takes his or her seat in the court, all eyes are going to be on that old fossil, Ruth Bader-Ginsberg. She is in her mid 80\u2019s and not in the best of health. She tends to fall asleep during arguments. Most expect her to be carried out of the court feet first in a bodybag after she finally succumbs to old age.
