Good day all. President Trump named his choice to succeed former Supreme Court justice Kennedy. The winner is, Judge Brett Kavanaugh.<\/p>\n

With this announcement, the CommuNazis quickly sorted through their pre-printed protest signs and began their usual \u201cSpontaneous\u201d protests.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know much about Judge Kavanaugh. Actually I know nothing about him. From the overnight comments from actual rational people, (Including a few on the left who haven\u2019t been huffing paint), Judge Kavanaugh seems to be a well respected jurist. Many think he\u2019s going to be like Justice Gorsuch, another selection of President Trump\u2019s who has pretty much lived up to expectations.<\/p>\n

Judge Kavanaugh will be replacing Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was the definition of the term \u201cSquish.\u201d Kennedy was one of the justices who thought very highly of himself and in many cases, had only a loose association with the Constitution. His decisions generally depended on what he had for breakfast that day.<\/p>\n

Judge Kavanaugh appears to be made of sterner stuff and actually reads the constitution as well as the law. He also seems to be a solid supporter of the Bill of Rights, especially the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. (CommuNazis generally consider the Bill of Rights to be the Bill of Suggestions)<\/p>\n

The Judge will now go to the Senate for confirmation. In all probability, he will be confirmed after a massive fight by the CommuNazis. They know that Judge Kavanaugh is eminently qualified, but he won\u2019t legislate from the bench and he believes the Constitution means what it says.<\/p>\n

They are already ramping up their attack machines, however there is a major problem for them. Many of the Senators that UpChuck Schumer is counting on are u for reelection in states that went overwhelmingly for President Trump. They all have good candidates opposing them and their records aren\u2019t exactly noted for paying any attention to what their constituents actually want. They have a choice. Vote in favor of Judge Kavanaugh and maybe save their seats, or oppose him and go down to crushing defeat. Me? I want them to vote for Judge Kavanaugh and then go down to crushing defeat in November. Yes, I\u2019m greedy.<\/p>\n
