Good day all. Since taking office, President Trump has been making good on his threat<\/i><\/span> promise to put good quality people on the bench as judges. His list of potential judges was put together by a group that wants people who actually read the Constitution, and don\u2019t legislate from the bench.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, this has driven the CommuNazis and the Uniparty insane. With the appointment of Neil Gorsuch, we have a justice who is putting the Constitution first, even when he would prefer to rule in another direction. With the retirement of Justice Kennedy, President Trump put forward another good candidate, and this has driven the Moonbats even further over the edge. Now we have Senator Charles \u201cUpChuck\u201d Schumer begging former president, George W. Bush for help in stopping Judge Brett Kavanaugh from being confirmed. Here are the details from the Washington Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The top Senate Democrat tried to rope former President George W. Bush<\/a> into the fight over the new Supreme Court<\/a> pick, saying Friday it\u2019s up to Mr. Bush<\/a> to make sure Congress has the documents it needs to vet and approve the nominee.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sen. Charles E. Schumer<\/a> fired off a letter to Mr. Bush<\/a> telling him to order his presidential library to make public all of the records it holds from Judge Brett Kavanaugh<\/a>, who served as a White House lawyer and staff secretary for Mr. Bush<\/a> before he won his seat on an appeals court in 2006.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cYou have been an advocate of transparency regarding your presidential records, and you have previously taken steps to make portions of your Library\u2019s collection of White House documents more available to the public. I believe that making Judge Kavanaugh<\/a>\u2019s complete record public is consistent with your commitment to transparency and is strongly in the public interest,\u201d Mr. Schumer<\/a> wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

Upchuck is desperate to stop Kavanaugh\u2019s confirmation. For decades, the CommuNazis have relied on the courts to ram through their agenda, regardless of the actual constitutionality of that agenda. With the able assistance of the Party of Stupid, they\u2019ve been pretty much successful in keeping anyone who actually believes the Constitution says what it means off the Supreme Court bench. Since G.W. Bush is a member in good standing with the Party of Stupid, UpChuck thinks he will “Do the Uniparty a solid.”<\/p>\n

Democrats, most of whom who have already declared their opposition to Judge Kavanaugh\u2019s elevation to the Supreme Court<\/a> even without the documents, are hoping to find a smoking gun within the papers that they can use to convince several Republicans to break with the GOP. <\/b><\/p>\n

There are a couple of RINO\u2019s who would join with the CommuNazis in tanking any person who supports the Constitution. However, there are a few CommuNazis who are looking at the polls in their own states and are in a blind panic regarding their futures after the midterm election.<\/p>\n

From what I\u2019ve read, honest pollsters, (There are a couple out there), have found that most Americans support the idea that a judge\u2019s job is to uphold the Constitution, not issue rulings that, in many cases, flat out ignore the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Republicans have said they are open to \u201creasonable\u201d requests, but have said they won\u2019t allow the document quest to delay confirmation. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said a floor vote will happen before the November election, while other Republicans say they want a Justice Kavanaugh installed before the Supreme Court begins its new term in early October.<\/p>\n
