Good day all. Once again, the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan is demonstrating that they know what\u2019s good for you, and if you disagree, they will throw you in jail. First they came for the straws, and now they are coming for kid\u2019s Pepsi.<\/p>\n

The moonbats in the state legislature have put forward a bill<\/a> banning the sale of soda to children. Restaurants will be permitted to give them water or milk. (It doesn\u2019t specify if this is cow or soy, but I suspect that will be the next bill they come up with) Here are some of the details from CBS Sacramento<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A new state bill would give kids two options with their meals at restaurants\u2014water or milk. <\/b>Senate Bill 1192<\/a> would make water or milk the default drink for kids meals in a push to reduce obesity and access to sugary drinks for children. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The bill passed the Assembly and is on its way to Gov. Jerry Brown\u2019s desk. If he signs it, California would be the first state in the nation to have such a law. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is no doubt that Governor Moonbat Moonbeam will sign this totalitarian bill. He loves any law that takes away freedom, liberty and individual right. Just don\u2019t get in the way of him playing with his new train set<\/a>. The bill also has the usual criminal penalties so loved by the CommuNazis running the fiasco known as Kalifornistan.<\/p>\n
