Yesterday, (October 15<sup>th<\/sup>), the judge hearing the case threw it out. Here are some of the details <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20211029012414\/https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/stormy-daniels-defamation-suit-against-trump-tossed-on-1st-amendment-grounds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>A federal judge in Los Angeles on Monday threw out adult-film actress Stormy Daniel\u2019s defamation lawsuit against President Trump on free-speech grounds. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201c<b>The court agrees with Mr. Trump\u2019s argument because the tweet in question constitutes \u2018rhetorical hyperbole\u2019 normally associated with politics and public discourse in the U.S.,\u201d U.S. District Judge S.
