Good day all. When now Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh was going through the confirmation process, the CommuNazis were desperate to come up with anything they could use to derail his confirmation.<\/p>\n

What they did was dig up some people willing to make false accusations of sexual misconduct against him. While these falsehoods delayed the confirmation slightly, they were quickly found to be without merit. Now, the Senate committee Chairman has decided that it\u2019s time to teach a few people a lesson. He\u2019s made some referrals to the Department of Justice recommending criminal prosecutions of some of these frauds. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on Friday referred a woman who’d accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of raping her \u201cseveral times\u201d in the backseat of a car to the Justice Department for \u201cmaterially false statements\u201d and \u201cobstruction. <\/b><\/p>\n

Judy Munro-Leighton, according to Grassley\u2019s office, \u201calleged that Justice Kavanaugh and a friend had raped her \u2018several times each\u2019 in the backseat of a car.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Those accusations were made via a “Jane Doe” letter provided to Sen. Kamala Harris, a California Democrat and committee member, Grassley\u2019s office wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

Kamala Harris is famous for saying that she wants the rest of America to be just like California. She fancies herself as presidential material in 2020. Personally, I think she\u2019d be more suited as prison material, but that\u2019s just me.<\/p>\n

Upon further investigation, however, inconsistencies in the story emerged.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cGiven her relatively unique name, Committee investigators were able to use open-source research to locate Ms. Munro-Leighton and determine that she: (1) is a left-wing activist; (2) is decades older than Judge Kavanaugh; and (3) lives in neither the Washington DC area nor California, but in Kentucky,\u201d Grassley\u2019s office wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cUnder questioning by Committee investigators, Ms. Munro-Leighton admitted, contrary to her prior claims, that she had not been sexually assaulted by … Kavanaugh and was not the author of the original ‘Jane Doe\u2019 letter,\u201d Grassley\u2019s office wrote in a Friday referral to the DOJ. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen directly asked by Committee investigators if she was, as she had claimed, the \u2018Jane Doe\u2019 from Oceanside California who had sent the letter to Senator Harris, she admitted: \u2018No, no, no. I did that as a way to grab attention. I am not Jane Doe . . . but I did read Jane Doe\u2019s letter. I read the transcript of the call to your Committee. . . . I saw it online. It was news.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIn short, during the Committee\u2019s time-sensitive investigation of allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, Ms. Munro-Leighton submitted a fabricated allegation, which diverted Committee resources. When questioned by Committee investigators she admitted it was false, a \u2018ploy,\u2019 and a \u2018tactic,\u2019\u201d Grassley\u2019s office wrote. \u201cShe was opposed to Judge Kavanaugh\u2019s confirmation.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, I suspect this case will be a slam dunk for the Federal Prosecutors, provided that Sleepy Sessions stops cuddling his teddy bear and sucking his thumb and actually does his job. (Note. Friday\u2019s referral to the DOJ was not the first time Grassley has asked for an investigation into Kavanaugh\u2019s accusers. <\/b><\/p>\n

Last week, Grassley referred attorney Michael Avenatti and client Julie Swetnick<\/a> — who’d accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct — for criminal investigation regarding a potential \u201cconspiracy\u201d to provide false statements to Congress and obstruct its investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

Avenatti is also a potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate,<\/b><\/p>\n

And works as the attorney for adult film star Stormy Daniels, who maintains she had a sexual encounter with President Trump years before his election.<\/b><\/p>\n

Hence the name \u201cCreepy Porn Lawyer.\u201d He isn\u2019t to successful as a creepy porn lawyer either. The case blew up in his and Daniels faces and now she\u2019s on the hook for a high 6 figure judgment.<\/p>\n

Avenatti represented Swetnick, who accused Kavanaugh during confirmation proceedings of being involved in or present at \u201cgang\u201d and \u201ctrain\u201d rapes at high school parties in the 1980s. <\/b><\/p>\n

And Swetnick is also trying to dig herself out of criminal charges as well. It turns out that she had a rather interesting reputation. Rumors are that she actually liked to be \u201cGang Banged\u201d and apparenlty isn\u2019t the most stable person on the block. She\u2019s currently trying to throw The Creepy porn lawyer under the bus, saying that what she wrote isn\u2019t what was delivered to the Committee.<\/p>\n
